fa بررسی اثر بخشی آموزش چهره به چهره قبل از عمل بر میزان اضطراب بیماران تحت جراحی کاتاراکت Investigating the Effectiveness of Pre-Operative Face-to-Face Training on the Anxiety Levels of Patients Undergoing Cataract Surgery پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle مقدمه: کاتاراکت، یکی از علل شایع ناتوانی در سالمندان است. بیماران کاندید عمل جراحی کاتاراکت، مانند هر نوع جراحی دیگر، اضطراب فراوانی را تجربه می‌کنند و این اضطراب، بر ابعاد روانی، فیزیولوژیکی و بهبودی پس از عمل در آنان تأثیر نامطلوبی دارد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش قبل از عمل بر میزان اضطراب بیماران کاندید جراحی کاتاراکت انجام گرفت. روش کار: در این کار آزمایی آموزشی، 80 بیمار کاندید جراحی کاتاراکت به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده در دو گروه آزمون و کنترل قرار گرفتند. بیماران در گروه آزمون، مداخله آموزشی را دریافت کردند و بیماران گروه کنترل، مراقبت‌های معمول بخش را دریافت نمودند. اضطراب دو گروه در زمان بستری و پس از جراحی و ورود به بخش با پرسشنامه Spielberger، تعیین و در دو گروه مقایسه شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، آزمون Fisher's exact test، Levin و Chi-square و T-test مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: نتایج اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری را بین گروه آزمون و کنترل قبل از مداخله آموزشی از نظر نمره‌ی اضطراب آشکار و پنهان را نشان نداد (0/05 < P) اما پس از اجرای مداخله آموزشی نتایج اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری را بین دو گروه آزمون و کنترل  از نظر میانگین اضطراب آشکار و پنهان(0/05 > P) نشان داد. نتیجه‌گیری: اجرای مداخله آموزشی قبل از عمل منجر به کاهش اضطراب بیماران بعد از عمل می‌شود، از این‌رو پیشنهاد می‌شود که آموزش به عنوان روشی کم هزینه و اثربخش در مراقبت‌های قبل از عمل انجام شود. Introduction: Cataract is one of the common causes of disability in the elderly. Candidates for cataract surgery, like any other type of surgery, experience a lot of anxiety, and this anxiety has an adverse effect on their psychological, physiological and post-operative recovery. This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of pre-operative education on the level of anxiety of cataract surgery candidates. Methods: In this educational experiment, 80 patients who were candidates for cataract surgery were divided into two experimental and control groups using available sampling method. The patients in the test group received the educational intervention and the patients in the control group received the usual ward care. The anxiety levels of the two groups were determined using the Spielberger questionnaire during hospitalization, after surgery, and upon entering the ward. These levels were then compared between the two groups. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Fisher's exact test, Levene's test, Chi-square test, and T-test. Results: The results did not show a statistically significant difference between the test and control groups before the educational intervention in terms of overt anxiety (p = 0.54) and anxiety (p = 0.20), but after the implementation of the educational intervention, the results showed a statistically significant difference between the two test and control groups in terms of the mean of overt anxiety (p = 0.00) and hidden anxiety (p = 0.002).
