style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"> نقش بنیادین رضایت زناشویی در تشکیل خانواده و بقای ازدواج، اهمیت بسزایی دارد. نارضایتی زناشویی می‌تواند زوجین را در حل تعارضات خود ناکام کند. نارضایتی زناشویی در کنار استرس‌های شغلی برخی حرف مانند اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی، می‌تواند افزایش تعارض در وظایف شغلی را به همراه داشته باشد که همین امر منجر به متضرر شدن پرسنل، بیماران و خانواده‌های آنها می‌گردد. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت<b> </b>رضایت زناشویی پرسنل اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم در سال 1402 صورت پذیرفت. </span></span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="line-height:104%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"> این پژوهش به صورت مقطعی بر روی 200 نفر از پرسنل پیش‌بیمارستانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم در سال 1402 انجام شد. روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای طبقه‌ای بود. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه شامل چک‌لیست اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی </span></span></span></span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN" style="color:black">37/3 بود. بیش از نیمی از افراد شرکت کننده، تحصیلات کارشناسی داشتند. اکثر افراد دارای شیفت در گردش بودند. متوسط نمره رضایت زناشویی 22/21 </span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:102%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"> 145/94 بود. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از آزمون رگرسیون چند متغیره، متغیرهای تحصیلات، وضعیت استخدام، سابقه کار، نوع شیفت، داشتن شغل دوم و داشتن شغل غیر از کادر درمانی 63 درصد از تغییرات واریانس رضایت زناشویی پرسنل پیش‌بیمارستانی را تبیین می‌کند.</span></span></span></span> style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">با توجه به یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر، به طور کلی رضایت زناشویی پرسنل اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم در سطح متوسط رو به بالا قرار دارد. افراد با شیفت ثابت، دارای شغل دوم، تجربه کاری بالا، فاقد وضعیت شغلی ثابت و کارشناسی و کاردانی رضایت زناشویی کمتری نسبت به سایرین داشتند. لذا ضرورت دارد که مدیران و سیاستگزاران حوزه سلامت توجه بیشتری را به More than half of the participants had a bachelor&#39;s degree. Most people had rotating shifts. The average score of marital satisfaction was 145.94 &plusmn; 22.21. People with a fixed shift, with a second job, high work experience, without a fixed job status, and bachelor&#39;s and associate&#39;s degrees had less marital satisfaction than others.
