fa بررسی خصوصیات کمی و کیفی درماتوگلیفیک (الگوهای انگشت‌نگاری) در افراد مبتلا به آرتریت روماتوئید، در نژاد فارس ساکن مشهد علوم پایه Basic Sciences پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black"> درماتوگلیفیک، علمی است که به مطالعه صحیح و اصولی خطوط پوستی موجود در کف دست، پا می‌پردازد. </span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">آرتریت روماتوئید یک بیماری التهابی مزمن با پاتوژنز خودایمنی است. هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر، بررسی خصوصیات کمی و کیفی درماتوگلیفیک در افراد مبتلا به آرتریت روماتوئید در مقایسه با گروه شاهد بود</span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">. </span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">روش کار:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">این مطالعه مورد- شاهدی بر روی 50 بیمار مبتلا به آرتریت روماتوئید و 50 نفر در گروه شاهد ساکن در شهر مشهد انجام گرفت. اثر انگشت شست دست&nbsp; توسط اسکنر ثبت شد. نحوه توزیع فراوانی الگوهای اثر انگشت شامل کیسه‌ای، کمانی و پیچی</span></span> <span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">همراه با شمارش خطوط اثر انگشت</span></span> <span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">در هر دو گروه بررسی گردید. در نهایت، داده‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون‌های </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">ANOVA</span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">X²</span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black"> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت</span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">. </span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">طبق نتایج بدست آمده، حداکثر فراوانی الگوهای درماتوگلیفیک در هر دو دست مربوط به نوع کیسه‌ای اولنار بود. پس از آن به ترتیب در گروه بیمار&nbsp; الگوهای پیچی ساده و پیچی غیر ساده و در گروه سالم الگوهای پیچی غیر ساده و پیچی ساده بیشترین فراوانی را داشتند. بین متوسط خط شماری در دست راست افراد سالم با دست راست افراد بیمار و دست چپ افراد سالم با دست چپ افراد بیمار تفاوت معنی‌داری در سطح خطای 0/05 درصد مشاهده شد</span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">.</span></span> </span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">بنظر می‌رسد این تفاوت بتواند به‌عنوان یک نشانگر تشخیصی بیولوژیک، برای غربالگری افراد مستعد به آرتریت روماتوئید استفاده شود. این اطلاعات می‌تواند در پیش‌آگهی تشخیص‌های روان‌پزشکی، پزشکی، برنامه‌های درمانی، مسائل مربوط به انسان‌شناسی و علوم اجتماعی نیز کاربرد داشته باشد</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">.</span></span></p> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span ms="" style="font-family:" trebuchet="">Introduction:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span ms="" style="font-family:" trebuchet=""> Dermatoglyphic is a science that study the lines in the skin of the palms and fingertips properly. After that, in the patient group, simple Whorl patterns and double Whorl patterns and in the healthy group, double Whorl patterns and simple Whorl patterns were the most frequent.
