style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"> حوادث ترافیکی، به عنوان یک چالش اصلی در مصدومیت و مرگ و میر افراد در کشور ایران و بسیاری از کشورهای دیگر، مطرح می‌باشد که تدوین استراتژی و برنامه‌ریزی لازم را جهت همکاری بین بخشی برای پیشگیری و کاهش حوادث ترافیکی انکارناپذیر نموده است. لذا این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ابعاد همکاری بین بخشی در پیشگیری از حوادث ترافیکی در ایران انجام گردید. style="color:black">. جامعه آماری پژوهش در این مرحله، شامل مدیران اجرایی، پلیس راهور و فعالان حوزه و نهادهای مردمی فعال در زمینه حوادث ترافیکی در سطح استان مرکزی و تهران بودند که به دلیل مرتبط بودن حیطه شغلی، مطلع بودن و یا مشارکت در همکاری‌های بین بخشی در راستای مدیریت سوانح و حوادث ترافیکی وارد مطالعه شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌ی ساختاریافته جمع آوری و تحلیل محتوایی انجام گردید و کدگذاری آن‌ها با کمک نرم‌افزار 11 </span></span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:104%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"> در راستای شناسایی ابعاد همکاری بین بخشی در پیشگیری از حوادث ترافیکی، یافته‌های مطالعه در 8 بعد اصلی (قوانین و متولی اجرای قانون، تحقیق و توسعه، مدیریت اطلاعات و داده، هماهنگی درون‌بخشی و بیرون‌بخشی، مدیریت بحران، آموزش و آگاهی، راه و جاده و وسایل نقلیه) شناسایی و استخراج گردیدند.</span></span></span></span> <span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">فراهم‌سازی بسترهای ارتقاء توسعه و گسترش همکاری بین‌بخشی در پیشگیری از سوانح و حوادث ترافیکی می‌تواند منافع مختلفی از جمله؛ اجتماعی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و رفاهی بلندمدتی را به دنبال داشته باشد. لذا بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش طراحی مدل همکاری بین‌بخشی پیشگیری از سوانح و حوادث ترافیکی پیشنهاد می‌گردد که بتوان با نقشه و طراحی مناسب حوادث ترافیکی را به حداقل‌ترین حالت ممکن برساند، به طوری که بیشترین میزان اثربخشی و کارآیی را در این حوزه شاهد other countries, which has made the formulation of necessary strategies and planning for inter-sectoral cooperation to prevent and reduce traffic accidents undeniable. Therefore, this research was conducted to investigate the dimensions of inter-sectoral collaboration in preventing traffic accidents in Iran.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span ms="" style="font-family:" trebuchet="">Methods:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span ms="" style="font-family:" trebuchet=""> This research is a qualitative study that was conducted in 2023. In this study, sampling was done in a targeted manner, and 15 people from the statistical population were interviewed. The statistical population of the research at this stage included executive managers, traffic police, field activists, and public institutions active in the field of traffic accidents in Central Province and Tehran, who, due to the relevance of their job field, were informed or participated in intersectoral cooperation in line with the management of accidents and traffic accidents were included in the study. Data were collected and analyzed through structured interviews, and their coding was done with the help of MAXQDA 11 software.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span ms="" style="font-family:" trebuchet="">Results: </span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span ms="" style="font-family:" trebuchet="">The study identified and extracted eight main dimensions of intersectoral cooperation in preventing traffic accidents. These dimensions include laws and law enforcement, research and development, information and data management, internal and external coordination, crisis management, education and awareness, roads, and vehicles.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span ms="" style="font-family:" trebuchet="">Conclusions:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span ms="" style="font-family:" trebuchet=""> Providing platforms for promoting the development and expansion of inter-sectoral cooperation in accident prevention and traffic accidents can have various benefits, including long-term social, political, economic and, well-being.
