style="line-height:101%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">یکی از تظاهرات بالینی بیماری کروناویروس، علائم نورولوژیک می‌باشد. با این‌حال به دلیل نوظهور بودن این ویروس، اطلاعات چندانی در خصوص علائم آن در دسترس نیست. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی توصیفی شیوع علائم نورولوژیک در بیماران مبتلا به کرونا ویروس در بیمارستان‌های شهرستان اراک انجام اراک که حاضر به شرکت در مطالعه بودند، به صورت سرشماری انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه‌ها شامل دو قسمت اطلاعات دموگرافیک و شیوع و شدت علائم نورولوژیک بود که توسط مصاحبه با بیماران تکمیل style="color:black">208 نفر از بیماران مبتلا با میانگین سنی 14/1 </span></span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:102%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">&plusmn;</span></span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:102%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"> 60/5 سال در مطالعه شرکت کردند. از 20 مورد علامت نورولوژیک مورد بررسی فقط دو مورد (گزگز اطراف دهان و فلج اعصاب جمجمه) در بیماران وجود نداشت. بیشترین علائم شایع نورولوژیک در بیماران بستری به ترتیب شامل سردرد (82/5 درصد)، خستگی (81 درصد) و درد عضلانی (74/9 درصد) بود. از طرفی بر اساس مقیاس بصری، بیشترین شدت علائم مربوط به سردرد با میانگین شدت 7/5، خستگی با میانگین شدت 7/03 و ضعف عضلانی با شدت 6/9 به دست آمد</span></span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:102%"><span b="" nazanin="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">نتایج مطالعه نشان داد، شایع‌ترین علائم نورولوژیک در بیماران مبتلا به کرونا شامل سردرد، خستگی و درد عضلانی و شدیدترین علائم نورولوژیک در این بیماران سردرد، خستگی و ضعف عضلانی می‌باشد. با توجه به یافته‌های حاصل از این مطالعه، می‌توان از این نتایج در تشخیص بیماران و پیگیری آنها بهره برد</span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" The questionnaires consisted of two parts: demographic information and the prevalence and severity of neurological symptoms, which were completed by interviews with patients.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span ms="" style="font-family:" trebuchet="">Results: </span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span ms="" style="font-family:" trebuchet="">208 patients with a mean age of 60.5</span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span ms="" style="font-family:" trebuchet="">14.1 years participated in the study. Of the 20 neurological symptoms studied, only two (tingling around the mouth and cranial nerve palsy) were absent in patients. The most common neurological symptoms in patients were headache (82.5%), fatigue (81%) and muscle pain (74.9%), respectively. Also, according to the visual scale, participants reported the highest severity for headache (average: 7.5), followed by fatigue (average: 7.03), and muscle weakness (average: 6.9).</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span ms="" style="font-family:" trebuchet="">Conclusions:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span ms="" style="font-family:" trebuchet=""> The results showed that the most common neurological symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease include headache, fatigue, and muscle pain and the most severe neurological symptoms in these patients are headache, fatigue, and muscle weakness.
