other استفاده از ثابت کننده خارجی در درمان شکستگی های انتهای رادیوس علوم پایه Basic Sciences پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه:&nbsp;</strong>شکستگی انتهای رادیوس یکی از شکستگی های شایع اندام فوقانی است که درمان آن مورد بحث و اختلاف نظر است و درمان نامناسب می تواند عوارض قابل توجهی به دنبال داشته باشد. در این مطالعه قصد داریم نتایج درمان با روش ثابت کننده خارجی را بررسی نماییم<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>روش کار:&nbsp;</strong>مطالعه به صورت بدون شاهد و نمونه گیری به روش آسان بود. این بررسی به مدت یک سال روی ۳۰ شکستگی (۲۶ بیمار) انجام شد که براساس رادیوگرافی محل شکستگی نوع ۴ یونیورسال ۵ بودند. عمل جراحی با تکنیک استاندارد با بیهوشی عمومی یا منطقه ای انجام و بیماران تا یک سال پس از عمل جراحی پیگیری و از نظر میزان کوتاهی، زاویه سطح مفصلی و دامنه حرکتی و وجود درد مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>نتایج:&nbsp;</strong>۲۴ مرد و ۲ زن با میانگین سنی ۵&plusmn;۲۸ سال مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در همه بیماران جوش خوردن به طور بالینی و رادیوگرافی حاصل شد. ۲ مورد عفونت خفیف محل پین وجود داشت که با درمان دارویی برطرف شد. در یک مورد اختلال خفیف شاخه حسی عصب رادیال روی داد که پس از مدتی برطرف شد و در هیچ مورد ضایعه تاندونی وجود نداشت. میانگین انحراف به طرف کف دست ۶/۶&plusmn;۵/۴ و انحراف اولنار ۴/۵&plusmn;۱۲/۵ بود<span dir="LTR">.&nbsp;</span>در ۴ مورد درد هنگام فعالیت های شدید، ۲ مورد محدودیت حرکت خفیف و یک مورد محدودیت حرکت شدید وجود داشت<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:&nbsp;</strong>در مقایسه با سایر مطالعات نتایج این مطالعه در بسیاری از موارد خیلی بهتر است و توصیه می شود که در درمان شکستگی های ناپایدار انتهای تحتانی رادیوس و به خصوص در صورت توسعه به داخل مفصل رادیوکارپال از این روش درمانی استفاده شود<span dir="LTR">.</span></span></span></div> <strong>Introduction:&nbsp;</strong>Radius end fracture is one of the most common fractures of the upper limb, the treatment of which is controversial, and improper treatment can have significant side effects.&nbsp;In this study, we intend to examine the results of treatment with an external fixative method.<br> <strong>method:&nbsp;</strong>It was easy to study without control and sampling.&nbsp;The study was performed on 30 fractures (26 patients) for one year, based on radiographs of the fracture site of type 4 universal 5.&nbsp;Surgery with standard techniques was performed under general or regional anesthesia, and patients were followed up for up to one year after surgery and examined for shortness of breath, joint surface angle, range of motion, and pain.<br> <strong>Results:&nbsp;</strong>Twenty-four men and two women with a mean age of 5.28 years were examined.&nbsp;In all patients, clinical and radiographic effusion occurred.&nbsp;There were two cases of mild infection at the site of the pin, which were treated with medication.&nbsp;In one case, there was a slight sensation in the sensory branch of the radial nerve, which disappeared after a while, and in no case was there a tendon lesion.&nbsp;The mean deviation to the palm was 6.6.5.5 and the ulnar deviation was 4.5 to 12.5.<br> There were 4 cases of pain during strenuous activity, 2 cases of mild movement restriction and one case of severe movement restriction.<br> <strong>Conclusion:&nbsp;</strong>Compared to other studies, the results of this study are much better in many cases and it is recommended to use this treatment in the treatment of unstable fractures of the lower end of the radius and especially if it develops into the radiocarpal joint. شکستگی انتهای رادیوس, درمان, اکسترنال فیکساتور Radius End Fracture, Treatment, External Fixator 8 14 http://jams.arakmu.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-5931-12&slc_lang=other&sid=1 Mohammad Reza Etemadifar محمدرضا اعتمادی فر 4600319475328460076418 4600319475328460076418 Yes متخصص ارتوپدی، فلوشیپ جراحی ستون فقرات، استادیار گروه جراحی استخوان و مفاصل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان، اصفهان، ایران.
