other معرفی یک مورد نشانگان پوئمز به همراه مرور موارد مشابه در ایران روانپزشکی psychology پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="border-collapse:collapse;"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 100%; padding: 0in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0in;">پوئمز یک بیماری سیستمیک نادر می باشد. نشانگان پوئمز معمولا همراه میلوم متعدد و تغییرات پوستی است و تاکنون دو مورد از آن در ایران گزارش شده است.<br> <strong>مورد</strong>: بیمار مرد 53 ساله ای بود که قبلا به علت عفونت های مکرر ریوی بیمارستان بستری شده بود. وی همچنین سابقه پرکاری تیروئید و درمان با ید در دو سال قبل از آخرین بستری را داشت. این بیمار در آخرین مراجعه به بیمارستان به علت درد کمر بستری شد. جهت بررسی علت دردکمر، آسپیراسیون مغز استخوان انجام شد که حاکی از میلوم متعدد بود. در سی تی اسکن شکم نیز اسپلنومگالی وجود داشت که مجموع این علایم سیستمیک تشخیص میلوم متعدد و نشانگان پوئمز را مطرح می ساخت.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: در این مطالعه یک مورد نشانگان پوئمز با هیپرتیروئیدی معرفی می شود.</span><br> <br> &nbsp;</span></span><span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0in;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <strong>Introduction</strong>: POEMS is a rare systemic disease. This syndrome is usually associated with multiple mylom and skin changes. By now, it has been reported two cases of this disease in&nbsp;Iran.<br> <strong>Case</strong>: The patient was a 53 years old male who had history of hospitalization for recurrent pulmonary infections. Additionally, he had history of hyperthyroidism and idoide treatment. In the last presentation, he was hospitalized because of low back pain. Bone marrow aspiration findings showed that the cause of low back pain is multiple mylom.
