other بررسی مقایسه ای مهارت های گفتاری دختران نشانگان داون و دختران دارای نارسایی ذهنی غیر نشانگان داو Speech Skills in Down Syndrome Girls in Comparison With Other Mental Retarded Girls روانپزشکی psychology پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="width:100.0%;border-collapse:collapse;" width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 100%; padding: 0in; text-align: justify;">مقدمه: پژوهش های انجام شده نشان می دهند کودکانی که دارای مفهوم نگهداری ذهنی هستند، توانایی بیش تری در بیان صفات دارند، از سوی دیگر بررسی مهارت های زبانی کودکان دارای نارسایی ذهنی حاکی از وجود مهارت های زبانی ضعیف تری در کودکان نشانگان داون است. روش کار: این تحقیق به صورت مقطعی تحلیلی بود که در سال 1382 در مدارس استثنایی شهر سمنان انجام شد. روش انتخاب نمونه ها به صورت نمونه گیری منظم بود. ابتدا 38 دختر نشانگان داون یک زبانه و فاقد معلولیت حسی و حرکتی انتخاب شدند. سپس 37 دختر غیرنشانگان داون یک زبانه نارسایی ذهنی با علت نامشخص براساس تاریخ تولد، پایه تحصیلی، مردودی در پایه های قبلی، شغل و تحصیلات والدین به صورت همتا انتخاب شدند. بر روی این 75 آزمودنی، آزمون های عملیاتی انجام شد و کسانی که مفهوم نگهداری ذهنی را داشتند (25 دختر نشانگان داون و 25 دختر دارای نارسایی ذهنی غیرنشانگان داون) توسط آزمون ریون رنگی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. موارد آموزش پذیر نیز در آزمون بیان صفات شرکت نمودند. نتایج: مقایسه عملکرد آزمودنی ها در آزمون بیان صفات حاکی از آن بود که: ۱ - آزمودنی های نشانگان داون در بیان صفات تفضیلی عملکرد ضعیف تری داشتند اما در بیان صفات ساده و عالی بین دو گروه تفاوتی وجود نداشت؛ ۲ - سهولت بیانی در صفات ساده> صفات تفضیلی< صفات عالی و همچنین در صفات بزرگ-کوچک< بلند- کوتاه< کلفت– نازک< پهن و باریک بود؛   ۳ - عده بسیار کمی از آزمودنی ها قادر به بیان صفات عالی بودند. نتیجه گیری: دختران نشانگان داون از مهارت های معناشناختی ضعیف تری نسبت به سایر دختران دارای نارسایی ذهنی برخوردارند.  </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> Introduction: Previous studies indicated that children, who acquired conversation concept, produce adjectives better than other mental retarded. Other studies showed that Down syndrome children have lower linguistic abilities than other mental retarded children. The main goal of this research was to study the effects of Down syndrome on production of semantic skills. Materials and' Methods: This analytic cross-sectional study was conducted on girls who studied in exceptional primary schools of Semnan city. Samples were chosen systenlaticaly. At first, 38 Down syndrome girls, who were monolingual and with no sign of sensory and motor deficits, were selected. Then, 37 mental retarded girls (non-Down syndrome), that mental retardation had no specific ethiology, were matched on date of birth, educational level, failuer in previous classes, parent's job and education. These 75 pupils participated in operative tests and those who were able to comprehend the concept of conversation were examined by Raven Colourd Progressive Matrices. At final stage, 30 educable girls were participated in production test. Results: Our findings showed that: 1. The production of nominal and superlative adjectives were equivalent between two groups, but Down syndromes had lower ability in production of comparatives; 2. The simplisity of adjectives were as fallow: nominal> comparative> superlative, and big-small> tall-short> thick-thief> wide-narrow. 3. There were few samples able to produce superlatives.
