other بررسی چشم انداز تحصیل از دیدگاه دانشجویان سال آخر دوره دکترای عمومی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز عمومى General پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">این مطالعه به منظور بررسی چشم انداز آینده تحصیلی دانشجویان دوره دکترای عمومی (شامل پزشکی، دندانپزشکی و داروسازی) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز و بر روی 150 نفر انجام شد. روش کار، سنجش نظریات دانشجویان از طریق پرسشنامه بود که در آن مباحثی چون امنیت شغلی، اعتبار اجتماعی، موقیعت شغلی، قدرت اقتصادی، قدرت علمی، جامعه نگری، آموزش مداوم، پیوند عاطفی و بینش سیاسی گنجانده شده بود. نتایج حاصل نشان می دهد که بین 96-79 درصد دانشجویان امنیت شغلی را در گرو بازار کار و محیط کار مناسب و ثبات کافی قوانین دانسته و 93-81 درصد تولید انبوده نیروی انسانی و عدم تضمین شغلی مناسب را عامل خطرساز برای امنیت شغلی نام برده اند. حدود 94%&nbsp;پاسخ دهندگان اعتبار اجتماعی پزشکی را در گرو کسب مهارت های علمی و عملی مناسب دانسته و حدود 83% تولید انبوده نیروی انسانی را عامل خطرساز برای تربیت مناسب تلقی نموده اند. در همین حال 90-80 درصد آنان پیوند عاطفی در بعد پزشکی را در افعالی چون احساس مسئولیت در قبال مشکل بیماران و پیگیری تا حصول نتیجه و ارزش گذاری به مقام انسان به عنوان جانشین خدا روی زمین تفسیر نموده و در مقابل 80-50 درصد آنان کمبود الگوهای مناسب برای اقتدا در زمان آموزش و عدم برخورد مناسب بعلت فشارهای اقتصادی را عوامل خطرساز برای پیوند مناسب عاطفی نام برده اند. در پاسخ به سوالات مربوط به موقعیت شغلی پزشکی و البته آیا انگیزه کافی خدمت به جامعه را می دهد 10/1% موافق، به خدمت بیشتر تشویق می کند 8/2% موافق، به افزایش سطح معلومات و انجام طبابت صحیح تشویق می کند 12/2% موافق، به کسب درآمد از راه های دیگر تشویق می کند 93/2% موافق و انگیزه خدمت را از بین می برد 83/8% موافق نظر داده اند. این بررسی نشان می دهد که امید به آینده از دیدگاه پاسخ دهندگان بسیار کم بوده و توجه و اقدام فوری از طریق مسئولین، به خصوص وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی را طلب می کند.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="LTR">This study was done on 150 students to investigate the perspective of the educational future of senior students of general practitioners (medical, dentistry, pharmaceutical) in Tabriz university of medical sciences.&nbsp;</span><span dir="LTR">The measurement of the students views was done by a questionnaire which was included following items:&nbsp;</span><span dir="LTR">Career security, social honour, career status, economic strength, scientific strength, generality, social medicine, continuous education, emotional relationship and political insight.&nbsp;</span><span dir="LTR">The given answers were as follows:&nbsp;</span><span dir="LTR">79-69% of students stated that the career security is mooted on demand, suitable job environment and entrenched rules.&nbsp;</span><span dir="LTR">81-93% of students stated that the crowd of graduated students and the in security of suitable job spoiled the career security.&nbsp;</span><span dir="LTR">94% of students stated that the social honour is in gaining scientific (theoretical & practical) skills.&nbsp;</span><span dir="LTR">83% of students expressed that the crowd of graduated students spoiled suitable training. While the emotional relationship in taking responsibility for patients, problems and following them up from one hand, and the other hand, knowing the man as a creature that is worth the succession of GOD on earth have been interpreted by 80-90% of students.
