other گزارش یک مورد حاملگی مرتب A Case of Compound Pregnancy زنان و مامایی Obstetrics & Gynocology پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">حاملگی خارج رحمی دومین علت مرگ مادران و شایع ترین علت مرگ بارداران در سه ماهه اول بارداری می باشد. در سال های اخیر میزان حاملگی های خارج رحمی افزایش یافته است اما شیوع و حاملگی مرکب حدود 1/30000 حاملگی و در بیماران تحت روش های سوپراوولاسیون <span dir="LTR">ART  </span>  حتی به مراتب بالاتر و نزدیک به یک درصد می باشد. در این نوشتار یک مورد حاملگی مرکب در خانم 33 ساله که در بیمارستان طالقانی تحت عمل جراحی قرار گرفته گزارش می شود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="LTR">Ectopic  pregnancy  is  the  second  cause  of  maternal  mortality  and  also  the  most  common  cause  of  pregnant  women  mortality  during  the  first  trimester. </span><span dir="LTR">In  recent  years, the  rate  of  ectopic  pregnancy  has  been  increased  but  incidence  of  compound  pregnancy  is  about  1/3000  of  the  whole  pregnancies. </span><span dir="LTR">In  this  article  a  case  of  compound  pregnancy  in  a  33  year-old  woman  who  been  operated  in  Taleghani  hospital  is  reported.</span></div> حاملگی خارج رحمی, حاملگی مرکب 31 33 http://jams.arakmu.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-5993-81&slc_lang=other&sid=1 Esmat Mashhadi عصمت مشهدی 4600319475328460076107 4600319475328460076107 Yes School of Medicine, Arak University of Medical Sciences, Arak, Iran. دانشکده پزشکی، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک، اراک، ایران.
