other درمان شکستگی ناپایدار زائده ی منقاری آرنج با استفاده از صفحه ی Buttress ارتوپدی Ortopedia پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">زائده ی منقاری آرنج یکی از تکیه گاه های اساسی مفصل آرنج بوده و شکستگی آن پایداری آرنج را به مخاطره می اندازد، در صورتی که قطعه ی شکستگی بزرگ بوده و به همراه دررفتگی ارنج باشد، نمایانگر آسیب شدید به عناصر نگهدارنده ی مفصل بوده و معمولا نیاز به جااندازی باز و ثابت سازی داخلی دارد و عوارضی نظیر ناپایداری مفصل و محدودیت حرکت مفصل آرنج و فرسودگی مفصلی گریبانگیر بیمار خواهد شد. استفاده از روش صفحه ی <span dir="LTR">Buttress </span>&nbsp;در شکستگی داخل مفصلی مچ دست و پا نتایج مطلوبی داشته است ولی استفاده از آن در مورد شکستگی زائده ی منقاری آرنج گزارش نشده است و به نظر می رسد که با توجه به پایداری مناسب و امکان حرکت زودرس آرنج از این روش بتوان برای درمان انواع ناپایدار شکستگی زائده ی منقاری آرنج بخوبی استفاده نمود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="LTR">Cornold process of the elbow is one of the main keystone for the stability of this joint, which is fracture endangered the elbow stability.&nbsp;</span><span dir="LTR">Fracture of the base of cornold, by (type lll Regan and &nbsp;Morrey classification) usually is followed by instability of elbow and D.J.D and limitation of motion are complications which may affect the outcome of the treatment.&nbsp;</span><span dir="LTR">Interfragmentary screw, suturing the fragment, distraction and external fixator are well known attempts for reducing these complications.&nbsp;</span><span dir="LTR">Buttress plate technique with one third semitubular plate maybe an alternative way for management of this type of fracture, good fixation and early motion is achieved by this technique but respect for adjacent soft tissue anatomy is time consuming and must be considered.</span></div> ژائده منقاری آرنج, ناپایداری آرنج, صفحه Buttress 24 27 http://jams.arakmu.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-5993-40&slc_lang=other&sid=1 Hamid Gerami حمید گرامی 4600319475328460076043 4600319475328460076043 Yes Department of Orthopedics, Arak University of Medical Sciences, Arak, Iran. گروه ارتوپدی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک، اراک، ایران.
