other تاثیر آموزش بر میزان آگاهی و نگرش در تغذیه کمکی اطفال زیر یکسال اطفال Pediatrics پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">امروزه راه تامین سلامت کودکان و در نهایت تامین سلامت جامعه اجرای صحیح برنامه های آموزشی بهداشت است. در این راستا باید اعتقادات و گرایش های مردم شناخته و بررسی شود و در جهت اصلاح و تکمیل آگاهی با توجه به معتقدات آنان، اقدامات لازم ارائه گردد و از آنجا که سلامتی هر جامعه منوط به پرورش کودکان سالم و عاری از هرگونه کمبود مواد غذایی است با استفاده از روش جامعه شناسی مطالعاتی <span dir="LTR">KAP( Knowledge&nbsp; - Attitude - Practice)</span>&nbsp; میزان آگاهی و نگرش مادران دارای کودکان کمتر از یک سال، نسبت به تغذیه تکمیلی آنان در شهرک ولیعصر (عج)&nbsp; اراک قبل و بعد از آموزش مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. در نتیجه میزان آگاهی 3/58%&nbsp; مادران قبل از آموزش خوب، 41/02%&nbsp; متوسط،&nbsp; 55/38% ضعیف بوده است. پس از آموزش لازم، میزان آگاهی مادران نسبت به تغذیه تکمیلی به 80/51% خوب، 19/48% متوسط افزایش یافت. همچنین میزان نگرش مادران قبل از آموزش 95/46% مثبت و 4/46% منفی بوده است که بعد از آموزش صد در صد جمعیت مورد مطالعه نگرش مثبت به تغذیه تکمیلی کودکان خود یافته اند. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از آزمون آماری کای اسکویر <span dir="LTR">(X2)</span>، ارتباط معنی داری بین آگاهی مادران نسبت به تغذیه تکمیلی و تعداد فرزند، سن و شغل مادر وجود نداشت اما با سطح تحصیلات مادر این ارتباط وجود داشت.&nbsp;<span dir="LTR">&nbsp;</span></span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span dir="LTR">ل<p<0005)< span="">ذا نیاز به آموزش بیشتر مادران در منطقه مورد مطالعه بعلت پایین بودن سطح تحصیلات مادر محسوس می باشد.</p<0005)<></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span dir="LTR">Nowadays the securing of children health and then the maintenance of community health is training programs about health, but before every health programs. Knowing the believes and tendency of people is necessary.&nbsp;</span><span dir="LTR">The knowledge and attitude of mother regarding to supplementary food before and after the training were measured based on KAP study .( knowledge, Attitude , Practice ).
