other تعیین سن حاملگی بر اساس اندازه گیری فاصله بین سر تا انتهای بدن جنین در سونوگرافی خانم های حامله مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان ولیعصر (عج) اراک زنان و مامایی Obstetrics & Gynocology مقاله مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">یکی از وظایف اصلی سونوگرافی در بررسی جنین، تعیین سن حاملگی می باشد و این عمل با اندازه گیری معیارهای خاصی از بدن جنین یا محیط اطراف آن صورت می گیرد. یکی از این معیارها، طول فاصله بین سر تا انتهای بدن جنین&nbsp;<span dir="LTR">Crown RumpLenght )</span> )<span dir="LTR">CRL</span>&nbsp; است. در بررسی 1081 اندازه گیری در 977 خانم حامله مراجعه کننده، جدول تعیین سن حاملگی بر اساس اندازه گیری <span dir="LTR">CRL </span>&nbsp;به دست آمد و مقایسه آن با جداول رایج انجام شد و در نتیجه، سن حاملگی در جنین های مراجعه کننده به طور متوسط 3 روز بیشتر از سن حاملگی در جنین های آمریکائی در محدوده ی سنی 7 تا 12 هفتگی تعیین شد. همچنین نحوه تاثیر متغیرهای مستقل شخصی خانم های حامله نیز بر روی این اندازه گیری، ارزیابی گردید.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span dir="LTR">Gestational age determination is one of the main aims of total sonorgraphy and this is determined according to some criteria including Crown-Rump Length ( CRL). Comparing this Iranian gestational age table with different American tables, Iranian embroys gestational age were about 3 days more than Americans with equal CRL.
