fa بررسی روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی پرسش‌نامه سلامت روانی و فیزیکی براساس مدل رفاه کل‌گرا بهداشت Health پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 28.9pt; text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> سلامت روانی یکی از ابعاد مهم سلامت است و سازمان بهداشت جهانی سلامت را به عنوان &laquo;رفاه کامل جسمی، ذهنی و اجتماعی و نه صرفاً غیاب بیماری&raquo; تعریف می‌کند. با توجه به این که 79 درصد از آموزش بهداشت بر جنبه‌های فیزیکی متمرکز شده است، در واقع بیشترین تمرکز بر پارامترهای بیولوژیک افراد جهت سنجش میزان سلامت افراد صورت می‌گیرد. از این رو، پرسش‌نامه‌ای معتبر جهت سنجش سلامت افراد در جامعه پژوهشی از لحاظ روانی و فیزیکی مورد نیاز است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 28.9pt; text-align: justify;"><strong>مواد و روش</strong>‌<strong>ها:</strong> مدل رفاه کل‌گرا، منعکس کننده تحقیقات انجام شده بر روی سلامتی می‌باشد که از دیدگاه فرهنگ‌های مختلف متفاوت است. در مطالعه حاضر، 102 نفر از مدیران و مسئولان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی اراک در سال 1393 در مطالعه شرکت نمودند و پرسش‌نامه فوق از نظر روایی و پایایی با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه 20 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 28.9pt; text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> 102 نفر در این مطالعه شرکت کردند که 74 نفر آقا(72/5 درصد) و بقیه خانم بودند. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای کل پرسش‌نامه 0/93 به دست آمد. هم‌چنین در تمامی شش بعد مورد بررسی، میزان هم‌بستگی بین تمامی سوالات و بعد مربوط به آن با استفاده از آزمون اسپیرمن سنجیده شد و مشخص گردید که بین تمامی سوالات و بعد مربوطه هم‌بستگی مثبت آماری معنی‌داری وجود داشت.</p> <p style="margin-right: 40px; text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> نسخه فارسی پرسش‌نامه سلامت روانی و فیزیکی برگرفته از مدل رفاه کل‌گرا، برای سنجش میزان سلامت در افراد جامعه&nbsp; مناسب بوده و از روایی و پایایی خوبی برخوردار می‌باشد.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong><em>Background:</em></strong> Mental health is an important aspect of health and the World Health Organization defines health as &quot;full physical, mental and social welfare, and not merely the absence of disease&quot;. Given that 79 percent of the health education focused on physical aspects, in fact, the most focus is on biological parameters of people to measure their health. So we need a valid questionnaire to measure mentally and physically the health of people in the research community.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong><em>Materials and Methods:</em></strong> The Holistic Wellness Model reflects that the researches is done on health which is different in variant cultures perspectives.102 managers and officials of <a href="http://www.search.ask.com/web?apn_dtid=%5EBND533%5EYY%5EIR&d=533-124&shad=s_0048&atb=sysid%3D533%3Aappid%3D124%3Auid%3Dd9ce77cafd06145f%3Auc2%3D699%3Atypekbn%3D1.1%3Asrc%3Dhmp%3Ao%3DAPN10644A&p2=%5EAG5%5EBND533%5EYY%5EIR&apn_ptnrs=%5EAG5&o=APN10644A&lang=en&gct=hp&tpr=5&q=Islamic+Azad+University+of+Arak&tpr=6&ots=1433049505823"><span style="color: #000000">Islamic Azad University of Arak</span></a><span style="color: #000000"><u> </u>participated </span>in this studyin 2014 and the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were analyzed using the software SPSS20.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> 102 people were enrolled in this study, 74 males (72.5%) and the rest were female. Cronbach&#39; Alpha coefficient for the entire questionnaire was 0.93.In all six aspects which reviewed, the correlation between all questions and its perspective was measured by using Spearman test. There was a significant positive correlation among all the questions and the related aspects.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> The Persian version of physical and mental health questionnaire, based on the Holistic Wellness Model, is suitable to assess the health of people.
