fa بررسی رابطه سازه‌های مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی با عملکرد مادران در پیش‌گیری از اختلال رشد کودکان یک تا پنج سال شهرستان شازند در سال 1393 Investigating the Relationship Between Health Belief Model Structures With the Mothers' Performance in Preventing Growth Retardation in Children Aged 1-5 Years in Shazand City, 2014 بهداشت Health پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle زمینه و هدف: اختلال رشد یکی از مشکلات شایع و مهم بهداشتی در دوران کودکی می‌باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی رابطه سازه‌های مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی با عملکرد مادران در پیش‌گیری از اختلال رشد کودکان یک تا پنج سال شهرستان شازند در سال 1393 بود. مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش مقطعی-تحلیلی، 202 نفر از مادران دارای کودک یک تا پنج سال شهرستان شازند به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات به وسیله پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته که روایی و پایایی آن تایید گردید، به روش خود گزارش دهی جمع‌آوری شد. این پرسش‌نامه شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک مادر، ابعاد مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی و چک لیست عملکرد مادران بود. در نهایت، داده‌ها با استفاده نرم افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 20 و از طریق آزمون‌های تی، کای مربع، همبستگی، آنووا و رگرسیون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی مادران مورد مطالعه 28/5±76/28 سال و میانگین سنی کودکان آن‌ها 74/14±49/26 ماه بود. بیشترین میزان تحصیلات مادران(7/76 درصد) دیپلم بود. میانگین نمره عملکرد مادران 65/70 بود و در بین سازه‌ها، خودکارآمدی بیشترین (8/69) و راهنمای عمل خارجی کمترین (91/38) نمره را داشتند. در تحلیل رگرسیونی به منظور پیش‌گویی رفتار با استفاده از سازه‌های مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی، متغیرهای خودکارآمدی، منافع درک شده و موانع درک شده به عنوان پیش‌گویی کننده رفتار تعیین شدند که در مجموع 10 درصد (101/0=R2) از تغییرات رفتار را پیش‌گویی نمودند. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، در طراحی مداخلات آموزشی باید بر سازه‌های خود کار آمدی، منافع درک شده و موانع درک شده به عنوان مهم‌ترین عوامل پیش‌بینی کننده رفتار مادران تاکید شود. Background: One of the common and important public health problems is failure to thrive in during childhood .The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between health belief model structures with mothers' performance in preventihg growth retardation in children aged 1-5 years in Shazand city in 2014. Materials and Methods: In this analytical and cross-sectional study, 202 mothers with children aged one to five years in the Shazand city were selected by random sampling. The data were collected by using a researcher-developed valid and reliable questionnaire by self-report method. The questionnaire included demographic characteristics of the mothers, the maternal practice cheklist and health belief model dimensions. Finally, the data were analyzed by SPSS20 T-test, Chi-square, correlation, ANONV and regression. Results: The mean age of subjects was 28.76±5.28 years and a mean age of children was 26.49±14.74 months. Most common level of education for mothers was diploma (76.7%). The mean score of mothers' behavior was 70.65. Among the structures, self- efficacy had the largest score(69.8) and external practice guide had the lowest (38.91). In regression analysis, for predicting behavior by health belief model stuctures, self efficacy, perceived benefits and barriers were main predictors of behavior that predicted 10% of behavior changes(R2=0.101).
