fa شیوع انحراف چشم به خارج در بیماران مراجعه کننده با سردرد یا درد چشم به کلینیک چشم بیمارستان امیرکبیر 1385 عمومى General زمینه و هدف: یکی از شایع‌ترین شکایات بیماران مراجعه کننده به کلینیک چشم، سردرد و درد چشم است و انحراف چشم به خارج در ایجاد یا تشدید آن نقش دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین رابطه سردرد یا درد چشم با میزان اگزوتروپی انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: روش نمونه‌گیری در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی که بر روی افراد مراجعه کننده با علایم سردرد و درد چشم به کلینیک بیمارستان امیرکبیر در سال 1385 انجام شد، غربال‌گری بود. معیارهای ورود شامل سن بالای 3 سال، رد سایر علل چشمی سردرد و درد چشم و رد علل انکساری بود. بیماران با علت ارگانیک سردرد از قبیل تومور نیز از مطالعه حذف شدند. برای بیماران پرسش‌نامه تهیه شد و تست Cover–Uncover جهت تعیین وجود اگزوتروپی انجام گرفت. یافته ها: از مجموع 206 نفر شرکت کننده در این مطالعه 77/90 درصد مبتلا به انحراف چشم به خارج بوده و اکثر آنها خانم‌ بودند. شایع‌ترین علامت این بیماران، سردرد بود. رابطه مستقیمی بین سر درد و درد چشم با انحراف چشم به خارج مشاهده شد که با جنسیت نیز رابطه مستقیم داشت. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به رابطه مستقیمی که بین اگزوتروپی و سر درد و درد چشمی وجود دارد برای بیماران مراجعه ‌کننده با این شکایات حتماً باید معاینه انحراف چشم صورت پذیرد تا بتوان در صورت لزوم درمان جراحی یا غیر جراحی توصیه کرد. Background: Two of the most common complaints of patients who refer red to ophthalmology clinic are headache and asthenopia which are induced or intensified by exodeviation. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between exodeviation and headache or asthenopia. Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, the sampling method, was screening of patients who referred to ophthalmology clinic with headache and asthenopia in 2006. Inclusion criteria were age above three, rejection of other causes of headache and asthenopia. Also, patients with organic headaches such as tumor were eliminated from the study. A questionnaire was provided for the patients and Cover-uncover test was also conducted for determining the existence of exotropia. Results: Of 206 patients, participating in this study, 90.77% had exotropia and the majority of them were female. The most common symptom in these patients was headache. A direct relationship was observed between both headache and asthenopia with exodeviation. Exodeviation also had a direct relationship with gender.
