fa تاثیر فیلم آموزشی بر کیفیت زندگی و رضایت‌مندی بیماران تراکئوستومی پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: بیماران دارای تراکئوستومی به علت تغییرات و محدودیت‌های ایجاد شده کیفیت زندگی آنها پایین می‌آید که شاید با آموزش مناسب بتوان علاوه بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی این بیماران، رضایت‌مندی آنها از آموزش ارائه شده را نیز افزایش داد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین تاثیر فیلم آموزشی بر کیفیت زندگی و رضایت‌مندی بیماران تراکئوستومی می‌باشد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها</strong>: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی بر روی 80 بیمار دارای تراکئوستومی در بیمارستان‌های امیر علم و امام خمینی شهر تهران در سال 1392 انجام شده است. بیماران با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و مداخله تخصیص داده شدند. در حین ترخیص پرسش‌نامه مشخصات دموگرافیک، کیفیت زندگی (36-SF) و رضایت‌مندی (VAS) را تکمیل نمودند. سپس به گروه مداخله علاوه بر دریافت آموزش‌های معمول از پرسنل بیمارستان یک عدد سی دی آموزشی جهت استفاده در منزل داده شد. بعد از دو ماه مجددا کیفیت زندگی و رضایت‌مندی دو گروه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: تحلیل‌های آماری نشان داد، میانگین کلی کیفیت زندگی بعد از مداخله تفاوت آماری معنی‌دار بود(003/0p=). هم‌چنین کیفیت زندگی در گروه مداخله دو ماه بعد از ترخیص در ابعاد محدودیت نقش به علت مشکلات عاطفی، وضعیت عاطفی، عملکرد اجتماعی، انرژی، سلامت عمومی و درد افزایش یافته بود. میانگین رضایت‌مندی از آموزش بعد از مداخله در دو گروه دارای تفاوت آماری معنی‌دار بود(001/0p<).</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: استفاده از فیلم آموزشی علاوه بر آموزش‌های معمول می‌تواند باعث ارتقای کیفیت زندگی و افزایش رضایت‌مندی بیماران تراکئوستومی‌شود.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: times new roman"><span style="font-size: 14px"><strong><em>Background</em></strong>: Quality of life in Tracheostomy patients who are discharged from hospital and take care of your home will be affected by the current situation. Therefore, proper training can improve their quality of life also will increase the satisfaction of the training provided. Based on this, the researcher was to investigate the effects of video tape on quality of life and satisfaction in patient with tracheostomy. </span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: times new roman"><span style="font-size: 14px"><strong><em>Materials and Methods</em></strong>: This research is a Quasi-experimental study in Imam Khomeini and Amir alam Hospital of Tehran University of Medical Sciences in1392. In this study 80 patient were randomly assigned to intervention and control groups. In the discharge questionnaire on demographic characteristics, quality of life (SF-36) and satisfaction (VAS) were completed. The intervention group received education film for home use addition to the routine teaching of hospital. Two months later the patient&#39s quality of life and patient satisfaction were assessed again with the above instruments. The data were analyzed with using statistical SPSS (V.20).</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: times new roman"><span style="font-size: 14px"><strong><em>Results</em></strong>: Statistical analysis showed the difference was significant in both groups after the intervention (p=0.003). The quality of life in the intervention group at two months after the discharge in role limitation due to emotional problems, emotional status, social functioning, energy, public health, and the pain had increased.
