fa برنامه آموزشی و ارزشیابی موثر بر یادگیری بالینی از دیدگاه مدرسین و دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک 1387 عمومى General چکیده مقدمه: بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان و مدرسین پرستاری و مامایی به عنوان دو عضو مهم درگیر در امر آموزش می‌تواند گام موثری در تدوین برنامه آموزشی و ارزشیابی موثر و اثربخش این رشته‌ها باشد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان و مدرسین بالینی پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک در رابطه با برنامه آموزشی و ارزشیابی بالینی موثر بریادگیری بالینی است. روش کار: در طی یک پژوهش توصیفی در سال 1387 کلیه دانشجویان و مدرسین بالینی (84 نفر) وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزارگردآوری اطلاعات پرسش‌نامه واحدی مشتمل بر سه بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک، برنامه آموزشی بالینی و ارزشیابی بالینی بود. نتایج: میانگین سنی مدرسین و دانشجویان به ترتیب 7/38 ± 14/3 و 2/22± 18/2 سال و میانگین سابقه تدریس تئوری و بالینی مدرسین به ترتیب 04/6 ± 48/2 و 95/10± 9/2 سال بود. بیشترین درصد مدرسین (3/91) به میزان زیاد و خیلی زیاد بر لحاظ شدن آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی در برنامه آموزشی تأکید داشتند. بیشترین درصد دانشجویان (2/85) لحاظ کردن تفکر انتقادی و تقویت روحیه دانشجو را به میزان زیاد و خیلی زیاد در برنامه آموزشی بالینی با اهمیت شمردند. هم‌چنین بیشترین درصد مدرسین (3/78) ارزشیابی گام به گام دانشجو را به میزان زیاد و خیلی زیاد مهم دانستند. در حالی که بیشترین درصد دانشجویان (2/90) ارزشیابی از مدرسین و بازخورد به آنان را به میزان زیاد و بسیار زیاد در ارزشیابی برنامه آموزشی موثر شناختند. نتیجه گیری: امید است نتایج این پژوهش بتواند در طراحی برنامه آموزشی و ارزشیابی بالینی موثر بر یادگیری بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری مامایی مفید واقع گردد. Abstract Background: Study of the nursing and midwifery instructors and students viewpoints, as two important groups in teaching proccess, can be effect on codifying and evaluating of educational program and effectiveness in this courses. The purpose of this study was to determine the effective educational and evaluation program on clinical learning from the nursing and midwifery instructors and students’ opinion in Arak University of Medical Sciences, 2008. Materials and Methods: In a descriptive study in 2008, all students and clinical lecturer (n=84) were studied. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire consisted of three parts, demographic information, clinical education and evaluation program. Results: The age mean of the teachers and students respectively were 38±3.14, 22.2±2.18 years and the mean of theoretical and clinical history teaching of instructors, respectively, were 6.04±2.48 and 10./95±2.9 years. The most percents of instructors (91.3%) emphasized on considering the communicating skills education in education program. The most percents of students (85.2%) emphasized on considering the critical thinking and moral students support. Also, the most percents of instructors (78.3%) emphasized on step by step evaluation. While, the most percents of students (90.2%) emphasized on the effect of teachers evaluation and reflected the results to them.
