fa تاثیر دپوپروورا بر میزان افسردگی زنان و مامایی Obstetrics & Gynocology پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: با توجه به اینکه افسردگی از اختلالات روانی شایع در سنین باوری است، هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر دپوپروورا بر میزان بروز افسردگی در زنان سنین باروری می باشد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>مواد و روش ها </strong>: این مطالعه مقطعی تحلیلی بر روی 70 نفر، که دپوپروورا به عنوان روش پیشگیری انتخاب کرده اند انجام شد.آزمون استاندارد بک در بدو ورود و ماه سوم انجام شد و نمرات بدست آمده توسط آزمون تی جفتی با یکدیگر مقایسه گردید.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>یافته ها</strong>: میانگین نمره بک در آغاز مطالعه برابر با 85/3±89/7 بود و در ماه سوم درمان با دپوپرووا با کاهش معنی داری برابر با 63/3± 09/7 بود.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: با توجه به اینکه دپوپرووا منجر به کاهش علایم افسردگی و عدم افزایش این علایم در زنان با سابقه افسردگی می شود، به نظر می رسد که دپوپرووا انتخابی مناسب جهت جلوگیری از بارداری می باشد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: times new roman"><strong><em>Background</em></strong>: Depression is one of the common psychiatric disorders which are more common in women in the reproductive ages. So this study is to investigate the effect of Depo-Provera on depression. </span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: times new roman"><strong><em>Materials and Methods</em></strong>: This cross-sectional study was performed on 70 women who had chosen Depo-Provera as contraception.
