Abstract
Background and Aim: The history of using bleomycin in a hospital indicates a series of vast reactions in biological systems caused by direct and indirect effects. The biological responses of the biological system make this process more complicated. Increasing the prevalence and the incidence of cancerous diseases that are treated with bleomycin is of paramount importance. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of niacin on reducing the complications of bleomycin consumption in human model.
Materials and Methods: This experimental study was done as case-control and double-blind clinical trial. Of the cancer patients referred to Khansari hospital in Arak that underwent the bleomycin monotherapy, 20 subjects were randomly selected and divided into two groups. Each person in the first group (control) received 2 placebos per day (every 12 hours) and the second group (treatment) were given two pills of niacin (each pill: 100 mg) daily, and the results were recorded and analyzed.
Findings: A comparison between treatment and control groups showed a reduction in nausea and vomiting in the treatment group compared to the control group. The sense of taste disorder complication was reduced in the treatment group compared with the control group and this difference was statistically significant (p <0.05).
Conclusion: The results suggest that niacin can decrease the side effects of cancer treatment from different directions, including side effects, nausea, vomiting, loss of sense of taste, but its impact on respiratory problems probably because of the damage caused by bleomycin was not significant.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Excessive fat accumulation is one of the most important mechanisms of type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance. Accordingly, in this study, we will examine the effect of caloric restriction on lipid coat proteins that prevent lipolysis of the adipose tissue.
Materials and Methods: In this study, 30 adult male Sprague-Dawley rats (200 ± 20 weight) were used. First, rats were divided into 2 groups (standard and high-calorie diet). After 8 weeks, the high-calorie diet group was randomly assigned to two subgroups: caloric restriction and high-fat diet. Finally, the amount of perilipin 1 and 5 genes expression evaluated by Pcr and insulin resistance evaluated by HOMA index.
Findings: The weight and insulin resistance of the high-fat diet group was significantly higher than the standard and calorie restriction group (p≤0.005). Insulin resistance was not significantly different between the caloric restriction and standard group (p = 0.394). The expression of perilipin 1 in the adipose tissue of the high-fat diet was significantly higher than the caloric restriction group (p ≤0.005). The expression of perilipin 1 gene in skeletal muscle in the high-fat diet group was significantly higher than the calorie restriction and standard diet groups (p≤0.005). The calorie restriction group had more perilipin 5 expressions than the high-fat diet and the standard group (p ≤0.005).
Conclusion: The caloric restriction may be due to the effect on lipid coat proteins and, as a result, a decrease in fat accumulation, that it can prevent insulin resistance.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Iron deficiency is one of the most common nutritional problems during pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to assess the theory of planned behavior structures on nutritional prophylactic treatment of anemia in pregnant women of Arak city in 2018.
Materials and Methods: This is a cross-sectional study that was carried out on 199 pregnant women in Arak city using simple random sampling in 2018. The data were gathered with valid and reliable researcher-made questionnaire including demographic information and the theory of planned behavior structures. The study was conducted to determine the most important predictive constructs of pregnant womens’ behavior using a multivariate linear regression model.
Findings: The finding showed that mean age of mothers was 28.81 ± 5.1 years and the mean weekly gestation was 28.04 ± 8.9 weeks and the gestational interval with previous pregnancy was 5.18 ± 3.9 years. Mean±standard deviation of attitude score (3.61 ± 0.62), subjective norm (3.60 ± 0.74), perceived behavior control (3.50 ± 0.58), behavioral intention (3.49 ± 0.61), performance (3.55 ± 0.76) and awareness (0.57±0.2) were observed. Linear regression model showed that the performance score of pregnant women improved for each unit of attitude and subjective norms and perceived behavioral control, respectively, by 0.463, 0.343 and 0.347, respectively.
Conclusion: The results emphasize the provision of educational programs on the prevention of anemia in pregnant women with an emphasis on attitudinal structures, mental norm, and perceived behavioral control. It is suggested that at the time of designing interventions to improve the prevention of anemia in pregnancy, the structures of the theory of planned behavior should be considered.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Low Back Pain is one of the most common complains of Human societies. LDH (Lumber Disk Herniation) is one of the relatively common causes of Low Back Pain. This study aimed to assay serum zinc cofactor in patients compared to healthy group.
Materials and Methods: Sixty patients which were diagnosed as a "known case of LDH" by the specialist and based on tests were chosen by simple selection method (30 men and 30 women). Also, 57 people were chosen as a control group (29 men and 28 women). measurement was done based on single reagent direct calorimetric method using the kit made by "Ziestchem diagnostics company, Iran".
Findings: Total, 117 objects were observed in case and control groups. Serum zinc level was measured in all of them. Obtained results were analyzed by Student t-test, and ꭕ2, by using SPSS software with the confidence interval of 95 percent. Results showed that 21.7% of patients with LDH were having high physical activity and 36.7% having low physical activity.
Conclusion: There was a significant difference between the mean serum zinc levels in patients with LDH compared to control group. Decrement in serum zinc may be considered as an distruption factor in the activity of enzymes involved in proteins biosynthesis.

Abstract
Background and Aim: There are two philosophies about the origin of the immune system, defense and homeostasis. In this article, the existential philosophy of the immune system was reviewed, in which the defense role is only part of its homeostasis functions.
Materials and Methods: The Medline was searched for terms such as “Homeostasis”، “Immunculus”، “Natural autoantibody” “Evaluation” and “Immune system”.
Findings: Hemostasis is the most important part of immune regulation and the existential philosophy of this system, so that its defensive role is only part of homeostasis functions. Natural antibodies play this role as immune reflection by showing qualitative and quantitative changes in the antigenic composition of the body. Therefore, the level of natural antibodies can also serve as a prognostic marker.
Conclusion: Although many improvements have been made in explaining the hemostatic role of the immune system, many studies have to be conducted to identify its particular aspects.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Radiation therapy is the destruction of cancer cells that in all patients with breast cancer reduces tumor recurrence, relieves pain in local tumors and metastases. There are different treatment methods around the world such as electron, photon alone or a combination of both types of fields.
Materials and Methods: In this study, photon therapy (PT) and mixed photon-electron therapy (MPET) were used to treat malignancies of the supraclavicular lymph nodes. 30 patients with right-sided breast cancer with local lymph node metastasis were recruited. The ISOgray software was utilized to collect data about treatment planning methods with PT and MPET.
Findings: The maximum and mean delivered doses of radiation to the supraclavicular region were 52.08±1.64, 42.59±0.51 Gy and 54.24±1.64, 43.67±0.43 Gy in the PT and MPET methods, respectively. The mean irradiated volumes of supraclavicular fossa that received 90% of the radiation dose were 59.74±1.94% and 70.26±0.94% in the PT and MPET methods, respectively (p=0.004). The maximum doses delivered to the spine were 14.66±1.9 Gy and 10.22±0.92 Gy and the thyroid were 42.62±3.1 Gy and 37.67±5.02 Gy in the PT and MPET methods, respectively.
Conclusion: The maximum doses delivered to the spine and thyroid significantly diminished by the novel method. Additionally, supraclavicular region received higher maximum and mean doses in the new treatment modality compared to the conventional methods. The new method improved dose coverage for the tumor.

Abstract
Background and Aim Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is the fourth most common psychiatric disorder. It consists of symptoms, including intrusive thoughts, rituals, behaviors, preoccupations, and compulsions. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of attention bias modification and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors in reducing the symptoms of OCD.
Methods and Materials study population comprised patients with OCD referring to the outpatient clinic of Amir Kabir Hospital in Arak City, Iran. Of them, 80 patients were randomly assigned to the two groups. The first group received the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, and the other group received the treatment modality to determine the effectiveness of the Yale-Brown OCD scale and dot-probe task tests.
Ethical Considerations The Research Ethics Committee of Arak University of Medical Sciences approved this study (Research Ethics Code: IR.ARAKMU.REC.1396.284).
Results Treatment of attention bias modification in comparison with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors did not show a significant difference in the reduction of attention bias (P=0.377). Also, a significant difference between the two groups in reducing the symptoms of OCD (P=0.007), indicates that selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors are more effective in diminishing the symptoms of OCD. Besides the attention bias modification decreased the symptoms of OCD, but these results were not significant (P=0.228)
Conclusion Attention bias modification is a significant improvement in reducing attention bias and can be used with other interventions. However, it appears that the reduction in the severity of OCD symptoms, as against this intervention, continues to be the preferred treatment for pharmacotherapy.

Abstract
Background and Aim We need the next-generation of whole-inactivated influenza vaccines to create stronger cross-protection against different influenza subtypes. This research aimed to apply the inactivation process of the influenza virus through gamma radiation as a candidate for the development of whole-inactivated vaccines.
Methods and Materials The influenza virus strain A/PR/8/34 (A/Puerto Rico/8/34 [H1N1]) was propagated in Madin-Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) epithelial cells. After ultrafiltration, the virus infectivity titer was calculated by 50% Tissue Culture Infectious Dose (TCID 50%) method based on the Karber formula. Alternatively, the gamma cell-220 was applied for virus inactivation via gamma rays. The D10 value factor and optimum dose of virus inactivation were calculated based on the dose/survival curve and the initial viral titer. In addition, antigenic properties of irradiated viruses compared to un-irradiated viruses and complete inactivation of the irradiated samples with optimum dose were also evaluated by hemagglutination assay and safety test, respectively.
Ethical Considerations The Research Ethics Committee of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Medical Branch, Iran approved this study (Code: IR.IAU.TMU.REC.1397.309).
Results According to the concentrated virus titer (TCID50: 105.75/ml) and dose/survival curve, the D10 value factor and optimum dose of virus inactivation were calculated at 4.878 and 28.048 kGy, respectively. On the other hand, owing to the results obtained from the safety test and hemagglutination assay, the optimum dose of virus inactivation was determined to be 28 kGy by maintaining the antigenic properties.
Conclusion Gamma radiation appears to be a good candidate for vaccine development through maintaining the antigenic structures.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The most important problem in the production of recombinant proteins in prokaryotic cells is the disruption of the function of these proteins due to their altered natural structure. The aim of present study is to identify the best chemicals dialysis buffer additives in order to improve the protein structure of recombinant Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF)
Methods & Materials: In this experimental study, different chemicals additives were selected using relevant software. After adding these additives to the recombinant VEGF dialysis buffer, their effect on the refolding of recombinant proteins and the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into endothelial cells was assessed by flow cytometry method.
Ethical Considerations: This study obtained its ethical approval from the Research Ethics Committee of Arak University of Medical Sciences (Code: ARAKMU. REC.1394.199).
Results: The results showed that the addition of arginine, cysteine and dithiothreitol (DTT) to dialysis buffer increases the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into endothelial cells. With the presence of sodium chloride (NaCl), cysteine, arginine and DTT in treated cells, the rate of specific Cluster Differentiation (CD) markers of endothelial cell (CD31/144) was at the highest level.
Conclusion: Adding cysteine, arginine, DTT and NaCl to the dialysis buffer of recombinant VEGF had the greatest effect on the mesenchymal cell differentiation into endothelial cells.

Abstract
Background and Aim: COVID-19, a viral respiratory illness. In this review, we discuss issues such as the genetic structure, pathogenic mechanism, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of COVID-19 based on the latest findings.
Materials and Methods: The Medline was searched for terms such as “Coronavirus” ،“ COVID-19” and “Respiratory infection”.
Findings: In December 2019, the unprecedented outbreak of pneumonia with unknown etiology began in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. The cause was a new coronavirus, named COVID-19 by the WHO. This virus has high transmissibility and affects the lower respiratory tract. Research into the mechanism and treatment of COVID-19 is under way, and new information is being provided every day, some of which are contradictory. COVID-19 is a serious and dangerous infectious disease and a significant threat to the health of the world's population, and should be prevented from spreading rapidly.
Conclusion: Because the exact mechanisms of the disease have not been fully elucidated and specific drug or vaccine have not yet been developed for it, control is mainly based on the interruption of the transmission cycle.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The deaths caused by traffic accidents are one of the three leading causes of death in Iran. Considering that all deaths from traffic accidents in the forensic organization are undergoing autopsy and also in the treatment centers under oral autopsies, the cause of death is determined, we determined that the cause of reported death from oral autopsy and medical autopsy Compare the law.
Methods & Materials: In this descriptive study, patients who were admitted to the forensic medical center during the year 1395 admitted to the Vali-e-Asr Hospital in Arak, were referred. The causes of death in Vali-asr Hospital were evaluated and compared with the outcome of the forensic oral hearing.
Ethical Considerations: This study ethcally approved by the ethics committee of the Arak University of Medical Sciences (Code: IR.ARAKMU.REC.1395.226).
Results: In this study, 109 patients (1.33%) died from a total of 8153 patients with traffic accidents referred to Valiasr hospital in Arak. Of these, 68.8% were male and 31.2% were women. The Mean±SD age of the patients died was 44.03±22.43 years. Also, 59.6% of the dead died during the first 24 hours of the accident. The most common cause of death, according to the results of oral autopsy, was “multiple injuries,” accounting for 49.5% of the patients in 45 patients.
Conclusion: Abundance of deaths among patients with road traffic accidents and they referred to Valiasr hospital, which was 1.33%. According to the existing standards and considering that the mortality rate in this center is less than 1.5%. It seems that the level of service delivery in this center is favorable.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Musculoskeletal disorders are mainly prevalent among college students who experience direct contact with patients. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of musculoskeletal pains among Rehabilitation, Dentistry, and Nursing students at Arak University of Medical Sciences in 2017-2018.
Methods & Materials: In this cross-sectional descriptive study, 538 students of Arak University of Medical Sciences were recruited using the convenience sampling approach. Variables included age, sex, body mass index, study field, hours of using smartphone per day, and nine symptom sites being neck, shoulders, upper back, elbows, low back, wrist/hands, hips/thighs, knees, and ankles/feet. The researchers assessed the musculoskeletal pain by using the Nordic questionnaire and demographic questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS V. 18.
Ethical Considerations: The Research Ethics Committee of Arak University of Medical Sciences approved this study (Code: IR.ARAKMU.REC.1397.253).
Results: In this study, 538 students (205 males and 333 females) were studied with Mean±SD age of 22.04±2.53 years old. The results showed that the prevalence of musculoskeletal pain in the spine (neck 29.4%, upper 24.3%, and lower back 37.2%) was higher than in upper and lower extremities. Musculoskeletal pain in the shoulder, upper, lower back, and thigh were significantly different based on sex. Also, musculoskeletal pain in the neck and ankle, and foot were significantly different based on age (P<0.05). There was a significant difference between musculoskeletal pain of back and ankle based on smartphone use hours per day.
Conclusion: This study suggested that rehabilitation, nursing, and dentistry students are at risk for musculoskeletal pain, especially in the lumbar, cervical, and upper back.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Iron deficiency is among the most prevalent nutritional problems during pregnancy. Besides, it can significantly affect pregnant women’s health. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effect of education based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) on promoting anesthetic prevention nutritional behaviors in the pregnant woman.
Methods & Materials: This was an educational randomized controlled trial study. In total, 80 pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups of test and control (n=40/group). Data collection with reliable and validity questionnaire consist of demographic factors, knowledge, the construct of TPB (attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, intention), and performance. Before performing the intervention, pre-test data were collected from the study groups. Then, the educational intervention was performed based on the results of the needs assessment for the test group, within a month and in the form of four 60-minute training sessions based on the TPB. The results were collected 3 months after the intervention and analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test, Chi-squared test, and correlation coefficient.
Ethical Considerations: The present study was registered with the code IRCT2017052334106N1 in the Clinical Trial Registration Center of Iran and was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Arak University of Medical Sciences (Code: IR.ARAKMU.REC.1395.445).
Results: The present research results indicated that before the intervention, all variables were the same in the study groups. However, after the intervention, the research groups significantly differed concerning all the studied structures (P<0.05). Moreover, the Mean±SD pre-test performance score of the intervention group was equal to 2.88±0.415 (out of 5); accordingly, it was significantly improved after training to 3.64±0.216 (P<0.001).
Conclusion: Educational intervention based on the TPB improved anesthetic anxiety behaviors in the studied pregnant women; such a modification can be attributed to the provided educational program in the intervention group.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Phonological awareness skills, as part of phonological processing abilities, can predict the extent of success in acquiring written and reading skills. Phonological awareness skills are of concern in children with severe and profound hearing loss, which has been less studied in this population. Thus, this study aimed to evaluate these skills in Cochlear-Implanted (CI) children and compare them with their healthy counterparts.
Methods & Materials: The study population included 25 CI children and 25 healthy children, aged 4-6 years, who were monolingual Persian speakers. The selected CI and healthy children were selected from the Rehabilitation Center of Naqmeh and the Kindergartens in Mashhad, City, Iran, respectively. After selecting each participant, the test of phonological awareness was administered. To compare the mean scores of each subtest, the obtained data were analyzed in SPSS v. 21 using the Mann-Whitney U test.
Ethical Considerations: This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences (Code: IR.MUMS.REC.1396.263).
Results: The mean scores of CI children were significantly lower than that of their healthy peers in all phonological awareness subscales (P<0.05).
Conclusion: The obtained data suggested that healthy children presented better performance than the CI children in the phonological awareness test. Poor phonological awareness skills in CI children seem to be associated with hearing deprivation before cochlear implantation; thus, it requires to speed up surgery at an early age and the implementation of an effective rehabilitation program.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Resistance training with blood flow restriction can have the same effects as traditional resistance training. The current study aimed to determine the effect of six weeks of selected resistance training with active and passive rest, with and without blood flow restriction, on young men’s C Reactive Protein (CRP), Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH), and muscle endurance.
Methods & Materials: From the available and voluntary samples, 24 healthy young soldiers of the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force were divided into 3 groups of 8 subjects: traditional resistance training, resistance training with blood flow restriction, and passive rest and resistance training with blood flow restriction and active rest. Exercise programs were performed for 6 weeks, 3 sessions per week with an intensity of 70-80% One-repetition maximum (1RM) for the traditional resistance group (3 sets of 10), 20-30% 1RM for the passive rest group (30-15-15-15), and 20 -30% 1RM was administered for the active rest group (30-7-15-7-15). Before and after six weeks, physiological and anthropometric characteristics, muscle endurance, and hormonal levels were measured, and ELISA measured blood samples. Data were analyzed using covariance and Bonferroni post hoc tests and paired t-test for comparison within groups.
Ethical Considerations: All experimental procedures were approved by the Ethics committee of the Sport Sciences Research Institute of Iran (Code: I.R.SSRC.REC.1398.129), Clinical Trial (Code: ID IRCT20191207045644N1) from the Iran Clinical Trial Registration Center and were conducted under the Declaration of Helsinki.
Results: Results showed that 6 weeks of exercise had a significant effect on Muscle endurance (P=0.001) but on the levels of C-reactive protein (P=0.43) and Lactate dehydrogenase (P=0.44) had no significant difference.
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, it seems that a combination of resistance training with restriction of blood flow and Interval training (active rest) can be a good alternative to traditional training and, in some cases, replace resistance training with occlusion and passive rest.

Abstract
Background and Aim: A lack of healthy nutrition first causes prediabetes and then overt diabetes, and every year about 5% to 10% of people with glucose intolerance develop type 2 diabetes. This study aimed to assess the factors affecting the consumption of healthy foods (CHF) based on the food pyramid among prediabetic women based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB).
Methods & Materials: This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2019 on 99 prediabetic women selected from comprehensive healthcare centers in Arak, Iran. A demographic questionnaire, a TPB-based questionnaire, and a food consumption Questionnaire were used for data collection. Data were analyzed through Spearman’s correlation and linear regression analyses.
Ethical Considerations: This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Arak University of Medical Sciences (Code: IR.ARAKMU.REC.1398.07).
Results: The Mean±SD score of diet behavior was 1.34±0.28 (in the possible range of 0-2). Around 41% of participants consumed sugary foods such as sweets and chocolate at least once a week and 35% at least once a month. Regression analysis shows that by increasing a standard deviation in the behavioral intention score, the behavior score of a healthy diet will increase by 0.22 standard deviation (P<0.05).
Conclusion: To achieve a healthy lifestyle in the individual at risk for a diabetics education program to increase perceived behavior and motivation for decision making for adherence to healthy food can be attention for policymakers in a health system.

Abstract
Introduction: Today, with the increase in population, the per capita production of waste materials and the subsequent threat and destruction of the environment is an increasing process, and waste management by the people of a society can play an essential role in reducing this problem. Therefore, the aim of this study was determine of predicting the waste management behaviors of households in Arak city in 2022.
Methods: This is a cross-sectional and analytical study that was carried out on 600 mothers of households in Arak city, who were selected by multi-stage sampling. The data collection tool was a valid and reliable researcher-made questionnaire that included demographic characteristics, knowledge, attitude and behavior of households in the field of waste management. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and t-test, chi-square and regression tests. This study was approved by the research ethics committee of Arak University of Medical Sciences (Code: IR.ARAKMU.REC.1401.040).
Results: The average age of the studied was 39±11 years and the number of family members was 3.6. In terms of type of housing, most of them lived in apartments (44%) and a smaller number lived in complexes (14%). 65 percent of the people had not received the training on the waste separation plan from the source, and among the effective training methods, the majority (38 percent) of the people had overestimated the effectiveness of the training through the Internet. The mean and standard deviation of knowledge was 66±19, attitude was 84±11 and performance was 73±18. The majority of the people studied had a good level of awareness and attitude. The regression analysis model showed that the greatest impact on the waste management behavior of the samples was the age of the people, their knowledge and attitude, which predicted a total of 33% of the waste management behavior.
Conclusions: Considering the favorable state of awareness and attitude of households in Arak city, it seems that for better waste management, other environmental factors should be emphasized, including sources of waste production at the source. Also, based on the prediction model, it is still important to inform and change the attitude of households in Arak city for better performance at younger ages.

Abstract
Introduction: Fetuin-A is a secreted protein from the liver, which plays a role in microvascular disorders of diabetes through insulin resistance and inflammation. The aim of this study is to investigate the amount of fetuin-A in diabetic patients without and with microvascular disorders.
Methods: 90 people in 4 groups, diabetic control, nephropathy, retinopathy and retinopathy-nephropathy participated in this research. Data were analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis and Pearson correlation tests. Measurement of parameters including VEGF, interleukin 8 (IL-8), insulin, interleukin 6 (IL- 6) and Fatuin-A was done by ELISA method. The concentration of C-reactive protein (CRP) was measured by nephrometric method.
Ethical considerations: This study was conducted after the approval of the protocol in the research ethics committee and receiving the ethical code number IR.ARAKMU.REC.1400.250 and according to the Declaration of Helsinki.
Results: The obtained results showed that the correlation between fetuin-A and VEGF in the control group was not significant (p=0.234), in the nephropathy group it was significant (p<0.01), in the retinopathy group it was significant (p<0.01) and in the retinopathy group - Nephropathy was significant (p=0.032). Also, the correlation between fetuin-A and interleukin-6 in the nephropathy group is not significant (p=0.285), in the retinopathy group is not significant (p<.075), in the retinopathy group is not significant (p<0.059) and in the retinopathy-nephropathy group. It was insignificant (p=0.113). The correlation between fetuin-A interleukin 8 in the control group is not significant (p=0.592), in the nephropathy group (p=0.592), in the retinopathy group (p=0.314) and in the retinopathy-nephropathy group (p= 0.362). The correlation between Fetuin-A and the homeostatic model of insulin resistance was significant in all groups (p<0.01). Fetuin-A and VEGF levels in the three groups of nephropathy and retinopathy increased significantly compared to the control group. The amount of interleukin 6, interleukin 8 and homeostatic model of insulin resistance in nephropathy, retinopathy and retinopathy-nephropathy groups has increased significantly compared to the control group.
Conclusions: Because fetuin-A is directly related to insulin resistance and VEGF production, its control can have an effect in preventing and controlling the development of microvascular disorders, especially in the early stages of diabetes. Although the results showed that fetuin-A level has no significant relationship with inflammatory factors such as interleukin 6 and interleukin 8, especially in the retinopathy-nephropathy group, but a significant increase of interleukin 6, interleukin 8 and CRP in patients with microvascular disorders to the diabetic control group, it shows the importance of inflammation in the development and progression of microvascular disorders and the importance of its control in diabetic patients.

Background
CAP ( community acquired pneumonia ) is one of the most common infectious diseases that leads to hospitalization of patients. Also, the effects of vitamin D deficiency on the functioning of the immune system and its association with infectious diseases such as CAP have received much attention in recent years. Therefore, we decided to investigate the relationship between serum vitamin D levels and the incidence and severity of CAP pneumonia in this study.
Methods
In this case-control study, 75 patients with CAP and 75 healthy individuals were evaluated and serum levels of vitamin D in these two groups were measured and compared.
Results
The present study shows that for each unit increase in serum vitamin D level, the need for hospitalization in the ICU according to the IDSA criterion is reduced by seven percent and according to the CURB65 criterion, the need for hospitalization in the ward and ICU is reduced by fifteen percent. Vitamin D deficiency also increases the chance of developing community-acquired pneumonia by 3.08 times. And for every unit increase in vitamin D, the chance of developing community-acquired pneumonia decreases by 4 percent. And in people with vitamin D deficiency, the chance of being admitted to the ICU according to IDSA is 2.05 times and according to CURB65 is 2.84 times.
Conclusions
Overall, based on the results of this study, it is concluded that vitamin D deficiency is associated with an increased incidence as well as a greater severity of community acquired pneumonia.

Abstract
Introduction: Today, disabled sports have become one of the most important categories in the world of sports. In the meantime, exercising the blind and visually impaired is essential. Therefore, the present study aimed to examine the effect of clothing weight on the range of lower limb muscle activities during the execution of archery skills in blind people.
Methods: The current research is semi-experimental and laboratory-type. The statistical sample of the present study included 30 blind boys from Ardabil City who were selected purposefully and voluntarily. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups. The shooting target was placed at a distance of 10 meters from the subject. A two-way analysis of variance and a t-test at a significance level of 0.05 were used for statistical analysis of the data.
Results: According to the obtained results, the effect of the time factor on the electrical activity of the vastus medialis muscle when releasing the bowstring was statistically significant. The impact of the group factor on the electrical activity of the tibialis anterior muscle when releasing the bowstring had a statistically significant difference. Also, the effect of the group factor when taking the bow in the rectus femoris muscle and biceps muscle had a statistically significant difference.
Conclusions: Finally, according to all the obtained results, it can be said that probably using shooting clothes by affecting the electrical activity of the muscles of the lower limbs can improve balance during shooting, which can be one of the influential reasons, and become efficient in the success of archers.
