Abstract
Background: Aging in men is characterized by a progressive, moderate decrease in plasma testosterone. However, the associations of partial androgen deficiency of the aging male with clinical symptoms are controversial. This study investigates the association between the androgen deficiency symptoms (based on ADAM questionnaire) and sex hormone levels in men over 40 years old. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was carried out on 171 healthy men over 40 years old. Demographic data and ADAM questionnaire were completed by each patient. Also, serum levels of free testosterone, estradiol, LH, and FSH were determined using the ELISA method. The data was analyzed by Chi-squared, Mann-whitney U test and Logistic Regression Test. Results: Based on ADAM questionnaire, 85 patients (49.7%) had androgen deficiency symptoms, and there was a significant relationship between these symptoms and age. However there was no significant correlation between the total score of the questionnaire with sex hormones, and only sexual symptoms were significantly associated with low testosterone levels. Conclusion: It seems that the clinical symptoms of androgen deficiency cannot precisely predict the levels of sex hormones in elderly men. Nevertheless, hypogonadism diagnosis can be clinically suspected when symptoms of sexual dysfunction are present

Abstract
Background: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the probable changes of HSP70 , liver enzymes & Cpk in professional athletes after a training season and participating in skating open world championship.
Materials and Methods: 10 elite female skaters were chosen. Eccentric exercise test were performed in three sections (24 hours before the beginning of the training, after six months of training (before participating in Skating World Championship) and 24 hours after the end of world championship). The training program consisted of 26 weeks of training, performed 5 times a week encompassing specialized skate trainings. Blood samples were taken before and after each eccentric exercise test.
Results: there was no significant change, in HSP70 concentration in response to eccentric exercise test, in pre exercise period (p>0.898). But, it illustrated a significant increase in after eccentric exercise test, in post exercise period (p<0.031). Moreover, in measuring down, it showed a significant increased in the amount of liver enzymes and Cpk after eccentric exercise test in second and third step compared to first step (p<0.05).
Conclusion: the results of the study illustrated that improving an athlete's physical fitness level during training season and matches leads to a significant increase in the protective level of the body (via the production of HSP70), depending also on the ability of the body of the individual in producing that protein. It can also be stated probably individual body fitness level, is an important factor in determining ALT, AST, ALP levels after performing eccentric exercise.

Abstract
Background: Adenoidal hypertrophy is a common condition of childhood, when abstructive sleep apnea ocurs adenoidectomy is indicated. In less sever cases, non surgical interventions maybe considered, however few medical altematives are currently available. Intranasal steroids used to reduce nasal airway obstruction. The aim of this study to assesthe effectiveness of intranasal corticosteroids for improving nasal airway obstruction and in children with adenoid hypertrophy.
Materials and methods: 77 children 1-12 years exhibiting adenoid hypertrophy symptom and confirmed with radiologic imaging and without tonsilar hypertropy that not inclined to surgery were included and divided two groups in one group were treatend with intranasal betanethason 3 times daily for 3 weeks and and second group treatend with intranasal NACL as placebo. The subjects were assessed for airway obstruction symptoms including, snoring mounth breathing and prulaunt rhinorea, via questionarre ear examination, first month and third month of treatment.
Results: Intranasal betanethasone improved airway obstruction symptoms especially night snoring but hadn’t effective on other symptoms and infection complications including rhinorea.
Conclusion: Intranasal betanethasone can be used as alterative treatment for adenoidal hypertroply because its effect on airway obstruction symptoms due to probably reduction adenoideal size.

Abstract
Background: Preeclampsia (PE) is a serious problem of pregnancy and its etiology is still unknown. The inheritance of preeclampsia is one of the theories regarding to the etiology of preeclampsia. Methylenetetrahydrofolatereductase (MTHFR) is a key enzyme in folate metabolism and the C677T polymorphism of the MTHFR gene is associated with decrease MTHFR activity, and therefore cause higher blood levels of homocysteine and leads to vascular disease that can be the reason of preeclampsia. The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between MTHFR gene C677T polymorphism with PE development in south-west of Iran.
Materials and Methods: This case-control study was performed in 129 preeclamptic pregnant women and 125 control individuals.The C677T polymorphism of the MTHFR gene was determined by PCR-RFLP method.
Results: The CC, CT and TT genotypes frequency of C677T polymorphism of MTHFR gene were 57.4, 38.8 and 3.9 percent in preeclamptic women and 53.6, 40 and 6.4 percent in control group. They were not significantly different (p=0.614). However, the frequency of TT genotype was higher in control group (p=0.36). There was not any significant difference in T allele distribution between preeclamptic women (23.3%) and control group (26.4%).
Conclusion: Our results showed that there was not any correlation between the C677T polymorphism and PE but the TT genotype of C677T polymorphism seems to be a protective factor for preeclampsia.

Abstract
Background: Aging is associated with appetite decline, weight loss, reduced muscle mass and increased fat mass. Ghrelin and Obestatin are two peptides that effect appetite. According to importance of physical activity in energy balance and some body composition variables the aim of this study is investigate the amount of ghrelin, obestatin and some body composition variables and their relationship in athletes and non-athletes 50 -70 year old men.
Materials and Methods: This is an analytical study. Thirty athletes and thirty non-athletes 50-70 years old men took part in this research. Ghrelin, obestatin and some body composition variables include weight, muscle mass, fat mass, present boy fat and body mass index were measured.
Results: The result of this study showed that muscle mass significantly (p<0.01) and ghrelin insignificantly (p=0.16) were higher in athlete group. In addition percent body fat was lower in athletes group insignificantly (p=0.13). There was negative significant relationship between ghrelin and obestatin with muscle mass and positive significant relationship between ghrelin and obestatin with percent body fat in non-athletes group. There was strong relation between ghrelin and obestatin in both groups.
Conclusion: Regular participating in basketball training can increase muscle mass in 50-70 years old men. It seems that exercise training can delay aging effects on body composition by increasing some anabolic hormones such as ghrelin and growth hormone and it can change relationship between ghrelin, obestatin and some body composition variables.

Abstract
Background: Remaining of crude oil in storage tanks usually lead to accumulation of oily sludge at the bottom of the tank which should be treated and disposed of in a suitable manner. In this research the feasibility of chemical oxidation with H2O2 and Fenton's reagent for removal of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) from composted storage tank sludges was investigated.
Materials and Methods: The sludge was mixed with immature compost at various sludge to compost ratios including 1:2, 1:4, 1:6, 1:8 and 1:10 and composted for 82 days. Then, hydrogen peroxide and Fenton’s reagent were added to the composted mixture in six concentrations including 2%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 30% w w-1 for a period of 24 and 48 hr.
Results: TPH removal in composting reactors with the ratios of 1:2, 1:4, 1:6, 1:8 and 1:10 were 66.59, 73.19, 74.81, 80.20 and 79.91 percent, respectively. The mean TPH removal of 1:8 composted mixtures with 2%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 30% of oxidant concentrations were 1, 5.09, 19.37, 28.16, 34.37 and 38.05 percent, respectively. The highest removal efficiency was achieved in stepwise addition to the sludge. As well, increasing oxidation time from 24 to 48 hr had a little effect on TPH removal increase and the removal efficiencies of H2O2 and Fenton were nearly similar.
Conclusion: Chemical oxidation with hydrogen peroxide and Fenton as a post-treatment step is an acceptable process in TPH removal from bottom sludge of storage tanks.

Abstract
Background: Allergic rhinitis is a common disease which is present in 20% of general population. Major symptoms include sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, and nasal pruritus. It seems that tricyclic antidepressants blocking histamine receptors may be used as an effective treatment in allergic rhinitis.
Materials and Methods: In this clinical trial study, 84 patients with allergic rhinitis entered the study and randomly divided into two groups. Patients of 1st group received cetirizine and 2nd group received doxepin for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks patients were evaluated about sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, and nasal pruritus.
Results: The results of our study showed that clinical score of patients after 2 weeks was not different in both groups (p=0.261). The only symptom that was affected by the kind of treatment and was significantly different between groups was sneezing (p=0.005).
Conclusion: It seems that there is not much difference in using cetirizine and doxepin in treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis sympotoms. It is recommended that future studies use TCAs with more potent blocking anti-histamine receptors feature and on more samples.

Abstract
Background: Glucose-6- phosphate Dehydrogenase enzyme (G6PD) is an enzyme deficiency that is transported inheritably. The lack of this enzyme decreases the energy revival of red blood cells and leads to Hemolysis which is the cause of severe neonatal jaundice. This study aims to investigating glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, hyperbilirubinemia, and blood incompatibility in newborn babies in larestan city, located in south of Fars province, following the newborn screening national plan.
Materials and Methods: This study is a cross-sectional and descriptive study on 12079 newborns in larestan city that referred to the screeing center from the start of 2010 to the end of 2012. The blood samples were taken from the newborns' heels and were evaluated through G6PD tluorescent spot test. They were examined regarding their blood group, hematocrit, hemoglobin, Coombs test, reticulocyte count and bilirubin levels as well as demographic information.
Results: In this research, among the 12079 screened newborns, 2345 ones showed G6PD deficiency with a prevalence of 19.41 which is a high percentage in comparison to those of other cities in Iran. The prevalence of O+ blood group among sick babies and their mothers was significantly higher than of other blood groups. (60% and 56%, respectively). The Hyperbilirubinemia and the indirect coombs tests were positive in 52% and 12% of the sick babies, respectively.
Conclusion: The prevalence percentage of lack of this enzyme in girls of Larestan city is a little higher than in boys, even though since this disease depends on X, it should be more prevalent in boys.

Abstract
Background: Fungal spores are present in large amounts in the nature which may cause diseases in the susceptible individuals. Fungal rhinosinusitis has been increased during recent decades. This study aims to investigate fungal rhinosinusitis in the patients with chronic needing endoscopic sinus surgery aims and to determine the sensitivity of the isolates to rhin sinusitis antifungal agents.
Materials and Methods: In cross sectional study, specimens were obtained in sterile plates containing normal saline. from the suspected cases of chronic rhinosinusitis who had undergone endoscopic sinus surgery. Microscopic experiments and Cultures were done in Sabouraud Dextrose Agar medium. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the growth of fungi for seven antifungal agents against the isolates was determined using E-Test.
Results: In total, specimens from 102 immunocompetent patients were examined. Nine positive specimens were presented, consisting of 3 for Aspergillus fumigatus, 3 for Penicillium, 2 for Aspergillus flavus and 1 for Alternaria. The mean age of the patients was 38 years, with 59 males and 43 females. The isolates were most sensitive to the voriconazole and amphotericin B.
Conclusion: Since the prevalence of fungal rhinosinusitis is low, unfortunately, the clinicians are not attentive enough to the condition, and they initiate antifungal therapy if the patients are not responsive to antibiotics. Early diagnosis and suitable treatment can help more efficient management of patients.

Abstract
Background: Gentamicin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that broadly is used to treat gram negative bacteria infections, although it has side effects such as nephrotoxicity. According to antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and vasodilatory properties of Zataria Multiflora, the effects of co-treatment with zataria Multiflora and hydroalcholic extract on gentamicin induced nephrotoxicitj were investigated.
Materials and Methods: In this study, male rats of Vistar race were divided into 4 groups: control group, co-treatment with gentamicin and vehicle group, co-treatment with gentamicin and zataria Multifiora extract group, and co-treatment with zataria Multiflora extract and normal saline solution group. Zataria Multiflora hydroalcoholic extract was added to drinking water as 800 PPm concentration. They, systolic blood pressure and renal blood flow (RBF) were measured. Also, the amounts of urea, creatinine, sodium, potassium and osmolarity were measured in plasma and urine samples
Results: In co-treatment group with zataria Multiflora extract, the amounts of urea, creatinine, absolute sodium excretion and relative sodium and potassium excretion and malondialdehyde (MDA) that have been inceased in treatment with gentamicin, significantly were reduced. Creatinine clearance, urine osmolarity, RBF and FRAP that was decreased in gentamicin group in compare to control group, significantly increased.
Conclusion: Co-treatment prevents nephrotoxicity induced by gentamicin and attenuates oxidative-stress associated renal injury by reducing oxygen free radicals and lipid peroxidation, So it can be effective to cure rats receiving gentamicin.

Abstract
Background: The definite treatment of indicated Hypertrophy of the tonsils is Tonsillectomy. The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy and necessity of diclofenac suppository and simultaneous prescription of acetaminophen alone in controlling and reducing pain and improving swallowing and satisfaction after surgery for tonsillectomy in children.
Materials and Methods: In this clinical trial, 180 children 7 to 14 years Tvnsykltvmy surgery were enrolled. Patients in an improbable way, easy and were divided into three groups of 60. Immediately after the surgery acetaminophen, diclofenac, or a combination of both was used. The cases of pain in the early hours, seventh, thirteenth and nineteenth after surgery were compared.
Results: There was a significant difference between the average pains of all groups in all hours (p<0.05). There was a significant difference between the groups from the point of view of side effects such as Nausea, Vomiting and Pyrexia (p<0.05), But there was no significant difference between the groups from the point of view of After Surgery Bleeding (p>0.05).
Conclusion: We can say that Rectal Diclofenac is a more effective medication for reducing pain after the Tonsillectomy surgery in contrast with Rectal Acetaminophen or a mixture of the two, which may cause the patients to use less Narcotics after the surgery.

Abstract
Abstract
Background: In this study, the effects of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) and thiamine on the blood biochemical markers and kidney histopathological changes after experimental diabetes in mice was investigated.
Materials and Methods: For this purpose, 56 mice were randomly divided into 8 groups of 7 each. Two groups of animals as controls (A) and thiamine (G) were considered. Other groups were diabetic by alloxan at a dose of 180 mg/kg. Group B mice were considered as diabetic group. To diabetic mice into Group C and D , ZnO NPs in concentrations of 0.1 and 0.5 mg/kg were intraperitoneally injected. Groups E and F; to these groups of diabetic mice, ZnO NPs in concentration of 0.1 and 0.5 mg/kg along with thiamin (30 mg/l) was injected. ZnO NPs in concentration of 0.1 was injected to group H mice. Changes in renal tissue along with some biochemical parameters were measured.
Results: The results showed that diabetes induced changes in some of the serum biochemical factors (GGT, BUN and creatinine) in rats (p<0.05). However, the administration of nanoparticles and thiamine reduced these negative effects. Exposure to diabetes causes changes in the kidney tissue of the mouse, in the disturbance of scaffolds for tissue integrity clutter, fragmentation of some convoluted tubules and congestion within the connective tissue.
Conclusion: Treatment of the diabetes mice by ZnO NPs and thiamine improves renal histopathologic structure and blood biochemistry levels.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Dust was considered by researchers as one of the most important forms of air pollution. The aim of this study was to identify the physical and chemical characteristics of dust storm sources in Tehran.
Materials and methods: This study was conducted in selected air sampling stations of Tehran, in the days of dust and ordinary from January 2016 for one year. The concentration of dust particles was determined by gravimetric. Heavy metal concentrations in samples after digestion were determined with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS-GF). Mineralogy and morphology of the dust fall particles were inspected using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy and sources particles using Enrichment Factor Analysis and principal component analysis (PCA) were performed. For statistical analysis, R software was used.
Ethical Considerations: This study with research ethics code IR.IUMS.REC.1397.313 has been approved by research ethics committee at Iran University of Medical Sciences.
Findngs: The highest average particle concentration in normal days was related to the central station (122.63 µg / m3), and the lowest for the East Station (67.13 µg / m3). The highest concentrations of the elements measured in the particles are related to iron and aluminum and the lowest concentrations of chromium and nickel. Lowest amount of Enrichment Factor was obtained for iron, less than one.
Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that the concentration of dust in center was higher than other station. Natural and human resources both play a significant role in the release of metals. By conducting further studies on the source of dust in Tehran and using the results, effective control measures can be designed and implemented.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Diabetes mellitus is one of the leading causes of death, and its prevalence is increasing annually because of the change in lifestyle. Increased blood glucose level and dyslipidemia are the major symptoms of this metabolic disease. Currently, the main and effective treatment for diabetes is the use of medication such as insulin. Its control by using herbal products has received a lot of attention in the world. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of bioflora (a probiotic supplement) and aqueous extract of cinnamon in improvement of blood glucose level, dyslipidemia, and reduction of cardiovascular diseases in diabetic rats.
Methods & Materials: Thirty-five male Wistar rats were prepared and randomly divided into five groups of negative control, positive control, probiotic (treated with bioflora 3.2×108 CFUs/day for 30 days), cinnamon (treated with 200 mg/kg of cinnamon aqueous extract for 30 days), and probiotic + cinnamon. Diabetes was induced by intra-peritoneally injection of streptozotocin. The rats’ weight, blood glucose level, lipid profile, high sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP) and Atherogenic Index (AI) were measured at the end of experiment to predict the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Ethical Considerations: This study ethically approved in Research Centre of Islamic Azad University of Arak (Code: IR.IAU.ARAKREC1397.005). All interventions performed in accordance with the Guide for Care and Use of Laboratory Animals prepared by the Institute of Laboratory Animal Resources.
Results: Induction of diabetes caused severe weight lost in rats, but the weight loss was lower in groups treated with probiotic. The blood glucose level in probiotic + cinnamon group was significantly reduced. Bioflora reduced triglyceride, cholesterol, and Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (LDL-C) levels, while cinnamon extract significantly reduced triglyceride and LDL-C levels compared to the positive control group. AI and hs-CRP values were reduced in the probiotic group compared to control groups. There was no synergistic effect by combined use of bioflora and cinnamon extract.
Conclusion: Bioflora effectively prevented dyslipidemia by improving intestinal microbiota, lowering blood glucose level, and improving lipid profile and, therefore, reduced the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Since late 2019, with the emergence of a new type of coronavirus that causes a new respiratory disease called COVID-19, there have been many concerns about the spread of this disease and how to deal with it. Due to the ability of the virus to be transmitted rapidly, diagnosing the infected individuals in the early stages for isolating them is critical. This study aims to evaluate the reliability of Computed Tomography (CT) scan in diagnosing COVID-19.
Methods & Materials: Participants were 212 patients admitted to hospital with confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19. Demographic information, medical history, symptoms, and the chest CT scan results were collected and analyzed. Finally, the power of CT scans in the diagnosis of this disease was compared with the Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) molecular test.
Ethical Considerations: This study received ethical approval from the ethics committee of AJA University of Medical Sciences (Code: IR.AJAUMS.REC.1399.091).
Results: The sensitivity of CT scan in the diagnosis of COVID-19 was relatively high, but its false-positive results were also high.
Conclusion: CT scan is a relatively sensitive method for diagnosing COVID-19, but caution should be made due to its high false-positive results which can lead to increased financial burden on the health system.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The human coronavirus is a member of the Coronaviridae family and causes upper respiratory tract infections. Despite repeated severe epidemics and the lack of appropriate antiviral drugs, not much progress has been made on the epitope-based vaccine designed for HCoV.
Methods & Materials: The method of this study was to select the spike corona virus protein sequence from NCBI, retrieve the protein sequence and determine the T, B epitopes required to produce the chimer vaccine, evaluate the antigenicity and allergenicity and toxicity of the selected epitopes, respectively. Different servers were designed to configure the primary chimer composition of the epitope vaccine. Then, the chimer vaccine was evaluated in terms of structure and connectivity to B cells and MHCI and II compounds, and the two-dimensional structure and position of amino acids and bonds in the immunogenic model were studied, as well as the physicochemical and stability of the model vaccine by some other servers. Finally, it was tested for binding against HLA molecules using silico docking techniques to investigate the interaction with the epitope.
Ethical Considerations: All ethical principles are considered in this article. Participants were informed about the research objective and its implementation stages. They also made sure their information was confidential. The principles of the Helsinki Convention were also observed.
Results: The results showed that the immunogenic construct created in terms of two-dimensional and three-dimensional structure and the position of amino acids and bonds in the model of immunogenic structure, toxicity and allergenicity and antigenicity were in good condition. And had stability (instability index 33.93) and favorable half-life and suitable physicochemical conditions.
Conclusion: In general, the immunogenic structure that was prepared in this research process could have a favorable interaction with some components of the immune system (HLA) in the docking process, which indicates the optimal identification of this structure by the humoral and cellular immune system and stimulation in In order to produce immunity in the body of the host, of course, more reliable proof of it requires clinical phase processes.

Abstract
Background: Rotator cuff injuries are one of the most common causes of shoulder pain.
There are different therapeutic approaches in this disease. The evidence of the positive effect of exercise therapy in this pathology is inconclusive. This study aimed to investigate the effect of a complete exercise protocol on improvement of the patients with rotator cuff injuries.
Methods: The patients with shoulder pain received the 12-week exercise protocol in 4 phases if they had confirmed rotator cuff injuries in clinical examination and shoulder MRI.
Pain was measured by visual analog scale (VAS) and function was measured by two questionnaires; disabilities of the arm, shoulder and hand (DASH) and western Ontario rotator cuff index (WORC). Range of shoulder joint motion (ROM) was measured in five directions by goniometry. All of the outcomes were evaluated before intervention and in 6, 12, 24 weeks after starting the intervention.
Ethic: This study was registered in Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials (IRCT20100718004409N13). A written consent was taken from All participants before the study.
Results: In this study Twenty-four patients with rotator cuff tendinopathy and tear were analyzed finally in terms of effectiveness of exercise therapy. The average of their age was 51.7 years old. 14 patients (53.8%) with Supraspinatus tendinopathy, 6 patients (23%) with Supraspinatus tear, 3 patients (12.5%) with Supraspinatus plus biceps tendinopathy, and one patient (4.16%) with Subscapularis plus Biceps tendinopathy were assessed. The pain score (Visual Analog Scale) decreased at all fallow-ups specially after 24 weeks (3±0.1) versus before intervention (8±0.1) (P value < 0.001). Shoulder range of motions by goniometer and also the patients function based on WORC and DASH Questionnaires were improved after 24 weeks versus before intervention that was significant statistically and clinically (P value < 0.001).
Conclusion: A 12- week exercise protocol including strengthening, stretching, PNF and dynamic stabilizer exercises was effective on pain reduction and improvement of function and shoulder joint range of motion improvement in the patients with shoulder rotator cuff tendinopathy and partial tear. The improvement of the variables lasted 6 months.

Abstract
Background: and Aim Acinetobacter baumannii causes various nosocomial infections and has a high antibiotic resistance. Probiotics can produce metabolites with antimicrobial properties. This study aims to evaluate the antimicrobial ability of probiotics against nosocomial pathogens by inhibiting the ompA gene expression effective in biofilm formation in Acinetobacter baumannii.
Methods & Materials: The antimicrobial properties of probiotics against nosocomial pathogens were evaluated phenotypically. The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique was used to identify the ompA gene in Acinetobacter baumannii. After treatment with Bacillus licheniformis supernatant, the ompA gene expression was compared before and after treatment with real-time PCR technique.
Ethical Considerations This study was approved by the ethics committee of Islamic Azad University, Qom branch (Code: IR.IAU.QOM.REC.1398.004).
Results: Among the study probiotics, Bacillus licheniformis supernatant had the best antimicrobial properties against nosocomial isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii A52, Acinetobacter baumannii ATCC19606, Kelebsiella pneumonia ATCC70063, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1. Bacillus licheniformis supernatant also significantly reduced the biofilm formation and ompA gene expression in Acinetobacter baumannii.
Conclusion: Bacillus licheniformis can produce substances with antimicrobial and antibiofilm properties. It can be used for controlling the causative agents of nosocomial infections.

Abstract
Introduction: Depression is an injury to the central nervous system that is caused by several factors that affect a large number of people around the world. Emotion regulation refers to the processes by which we influence what emotions we experience, when we experience them, and how we express them. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of emotion regulation in predicting depressive symptoms in students of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences.
Methods: The present study is a descriptive correlational study. Participants were all students of the School of Nursing and Midwifery of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences during 2020-2021. Three hundred and five participants were selected by available sampling method and randomly. Informed consent forms got from the participants, then they completed the Beck Depression Inventory - Second Edition (BDI-II) and the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Scale (CERQ-18). This research was reviewed in the ethics committee of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences and approved with the ID IR.KUMS.REC.1400.623.
Results: In this study, the study population was 305 people, 9 of whom were excluded from statistical analysis due to incomplete answers. Total mean age was 50.08 ± 191.30 Of these, 198 (66.9%) were female and 98 (33.1%) were male. Self-blame strategies (β = 0.31, P≤0.001), positive reassessment (β = -0.26, P≤0.001), catastrophic (β = 0.26, P≤0.001), numerical importance (β = -0.12, P≤ 0.001) and positive refocus (β = -0.10, P≤0.001) in five steps predict 40% of the variance of depression. Inconsistent strategies such as self-blame and catastrophe directly and positive reassessment, insignificance and positive refocus inversely predict depression. Mahalanobis distance was used to investigate multivariate throw values. Statistical assumptions were tested by performing an initial regression analysis and evaluating the scatter plot of residues. After confirming the regression assumptions, the data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression. The findings of our study showed that there is a significant direct relationship between self-blame and catastrophic thinking as maladaptive strategies of cognitive emotion regulation with depression. Also in our study among adaptive emotion regulation strategies; Positive refocusing, positive reassessment, and a small number had a significant negative correlation with depression.
Conclusions: The results of our study showed that emotion regulation strategies play an important role in predicting the occurrence of depression. Therefore, it is necessary for health policy makers to strengthen adaptive emotion regulation strategies in designing and modifying interventions related to depression.

Abstract
Introduction: The purpose of the "Health Communication" discussion plan, the most serious sparks of which were struck in the minds with the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019, revealed the importance of paying attention to improving health communication more than ever. For this purpose, in the current study, the formulation of a conceptual model of health communication capacities in pandemic conditions was examined from the perspective of health system experts.
Methods: This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and the foundation's data theory method. Sampling was done with a purposeful snowball method, which included 20 communication and media professors and health professionals. Data collection was done through semi-structured interviews and document reviews based on the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin (open, central, and selective coding), which includes causal conditions, central idea, context, mediating conditions (intervenor), strategies, and consequences of analysis. Validation was done through the review of participants and experts in the health system.
Results: The findings of the research in the grounded theory section show that the dimensions of the paradigm model include the central phenomenon: health communication (effective and informative communication), causal conditions: health communication harms (infodemic), the context of harms (widespread and popular media, lack of authority of the health unit, mass information, politicization), strategies (holding officials accountable, reliable sources and producing practical content, anxiety management, avoiding exaggeration of people's participation, teamwork and combination of experts, using the experiences of other countries) and consequences including (attracting trust and forming beneficial relationships) took place.
Conclusions: According to the dimensions achieved in presenting the model for improving health communication capacities in pandemic conditions in the country, it can be said that on the one hand, "transparency and immediacy of information" and the other hand, "empathy and trust between people and officials" in such More than one situation should be considered.
