Abstract
Background: Breast cancer is the most prevalent type of all cancer in women. In this study form various methods for treatment of depression due cancer. This study conducted for comparison drug therapy and drug-cognitive therapy on decreasing depression, effect of drug and cognitive theray on decreasing depression. Methods and Materials: This is a clinical trial study. Form patient refered to oncology clinic and ward of vali-e-Asr hospital 78 women were selected by simple sampling. Based on Beck depression test, 42 of them had depression. They randomly divided to case and control groups. Both groups received antideresant drug as usual. But case group had also cognitive- drug therapy. Afrer 6 Month treatment both group were tested again for depression. Data was analyzed by spss using independent and paired t tests. Results: The mean depression score hadnot signigiant difference between case and control grops beor and after treatment. The mean depression score in control group had no significant deference before and after treatment the mean depression score in the case group was significantly different after treatment (p<0.05). The mean score of depression in control group was more than case group after treatment. Conclusion: In the present study cognitive therapy cause a significant decrease in depression score of case group.

Abstract
Background: Breast Cancer is the most common malignancy and is the second largest cause of death among 35-55 years old women. The aim of this study is explore and to describe women's experiences with breast cancer for achieving a deeper comprehension of their individual experiences. Methods and Materials: This is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. Sampling method was purposive and continued till data saturation. Twenty two participants (patients,families and treatment team) attended in the study.Data were collected by using in-depth interviewing and were analyzed by “Parse”method. We tried to analyze qualitative data based on valid criteria. Results: The findings of this research were summarized into four core concepts:delay in diagnosis and treatment, treatment rejection, drowning in suffering (reaction to disease,facing with outcome of treatment,exposure to treatment system, ineffective care and disturbance in daily life of the family) and moving toward normal life. Conclusion: Knowledge of treatment team from the expriences of women suffering from breast cancer helps them to play a better role in their treatment. It seems, this is essential for make a shift from terminal treatment to early diagnosis. Also it emphasise to use of source for support of patients.

Abstract
Background: Since nearly 90% of patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) have high telomerase activity and significant shortened telomere length, these patients have, therefore, been suggested to be good candidates for the therapeutic intervention with telomerase inhibitors. This study was done to investigate the effects of BIBR1532, a non-nucleoside inhibitor of telomerase, on APL cells. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, for investigating the effect of BIBR1532, NB4 leukemic cells were cultured in the presence of various concentrations of BIBR1532. Succeeding apoptosis assay, Caspase-3 activity assay, and quantitative real-time PCR were applied to examine the effect of this drug on apoptosis percenage, enzymatic activity of Caspase-3, and quantitative expression of genes mRNA involved in apoptosis. Results: The results showed that BIBR1532 induced apoptosis in NB4 cells in a dose-dependent maner. Moreover, real time PCR results showed that BIBR1532 led to a significant decrease in mRNA of Bcl-2 gene and signficant increases in transcription of Bax, PUMA, and Caspase-3. Conclusion: Since treatment with BIBR1532 could exert rapid apoptotic cell death in NB4 cells andactivate cellular apoptosis route, anti-telomerase-based therapy can regarded as a suitable strategy for APL treatment. Patients with progressive shortening of telomere length and high levels of telomerase activity are suitable candidates for treatment with telomerase inhibitors.

Abstract
Background: Doxorubicin (DOX) is a widely used anticancer drug, but its use in clinical chemotherapy is limited due to its side effects, including testicular toxicity. The aim of this study was to investigate the protective effect of nano-zinc oxide (nZnO) on DOX-induced reproductive toxicity in male rats.
Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups, including one control and three experimental groups. They received saline, DOX (6 mg/kg), nZnO (5 mg/kg), and nZnO followed by DOX (i.p), respectively. Treatment was performed for 3 days. After 28 days, post-administration histological changes and reproductive indices were studied.
Results: Administration of DOX induced a significant reduction in seminiferous tubules diameter and thickness of germinal epithelium. Also, fertility and fecundity indices, number of litters and epididymal sperm concentration, decreased, whereas degenerated Leydig cells and deformed Sertoli cells increased.
Conclusion: Coadministration of nZnO significantly improved DOX-induced changes. These findings show the protective role of nZnO in DOX-induced reproductive toxicity.

Abstract
Background: Drugs residual discharge into the environment through municipal and hospital wastewaters is one of the emergent environmental problems. Imipenem as a professional hospital antibiotic is widely used against gram- positive and negative bacteria and with entrance to the aquatic environments could prompt a lot of risks such as bacteria resistance, allergies, spoiling alga and daphnia and interrupting in wastewater treatment processes. Therefore there is a command to develop a method for extraction and determination of Imipenem from hospital sewage.
Materials and Methods: Solid phase extraction (SPE) was used to extract Imipenem from samples. Recovery percentage calculated at different pH of 3 and 7. The extracted samples analyzed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) equipped with UV detector. HPLC operated using borate buffer/methanol as mobile phase at flow rate of 0.7 ml/min, column temperature of 20 °C, and UV wavelength of 280-300 nm.
Results: Maximum recovery percentage was obtained 68% at pH=7. The best condition for HPLC was 80:20 ratio of borate buffer/methanol with pH=7.5 and at UV wavelength of 300 nm. Linearity calculated 0.9829, primary and intermediate precision both were more than 95%. Limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were 3 and 10 µg/l respectively.
Conclusion: The method could simply and with significant reliability be applied to extract and determinate Imipenem in complex hospital wastewater matrixes.
