Abstract
Diagnosis of uvelitis firms on symptoms, clinical examinations and history, but sometimes laboratory investigations are necessary. As usual, CBC and biochemical tests of blood and urine are on uvelitis patients to find systemic disease,or beginning a suitable drug therapy. Since HLAB27 has both prognostic and diagnostic values, the evaluation of uvelitis is important. Chest x-ray is necessary both for all uvelitis patients with unknown causes , and those who are suspected b to T.B and sarcoidosis. ESR can be advised in the case of infectious disease and temporal arthritis. The test such as P.P.D, ANA,Anticardiolipid protein , toxo plasmosis Ab test , Lyme serological work up and radiography of sacro-lliac are advised due to suspected cases.

Abstract
Trans Lumber Aortography is one of the main methods in Aortic Angiographic investigation .A research was performed 24 patients by C.T detecting the complications . Majority of patients handn,t any detectable complications in C.T. The most common positive findings in C.T were hemorrhags in the left retocrural space hematoma in left prirenal space and subcapsular hemorrhage of left kidney. There was no clear relationship between the numbers of puncture into the retroperitoneal space and the prevalence of detectable effects by C.T.

Abstract
The total of IgM and IgA in serum and synivial fluids of 45 patients with Rheumatiod Arthritis (RA) are measured by critical method of ELISA. %93 of the patients had RF in their serum. The results show that there is no difference between the rate of IgMRF and IgARF in serum and synovial fluid. It was found that percentage Rf the ratio in serum is higher than that of synovial fluid by the calculation of Re titre to total immunogloboline. The fifference is significant from statistical point of view. The main places of RF production probably is in the joins of patient who are contracted.

Abstract
Herediatry myeloperoxidase deficiency present in the homozygous form in about 1.9000 individuals.Heterozygotes showing a quantitative decrease in neutrpphil MPO concentration are common.Although there is some debate , MPO deficiency does appear , by itself , to predispose to increased infection. However MPO deficient subjects with an underlying chronic disease such as diabetes , have a significant increase in the incidence of candida infections. Acquired myeloperoxidase deficiency which must be distinguished from the hereditary form is associated with leukemias and thrombotic disease We found this case in 9 years old boy by using H1 Hematology system

Abstract
Malaria is a protozoan disease transmitted by the bite of Anopheles mosquitoes. It is the most important of the parasitic disease of human. Most endemic areas are in the tropics. The infection characterized by paroxysms of chills, fever, sweating, anemia, spienimegaly and a chronic relapsing course. In this report there was an afebrile malaria in nin endemic area. A 60 years old man complaints from abdominal pain, is presented. In exam, the only finding was huge splenomegaly. Evaluations appear malarian parasites in peripheral blood smear. After drug therapy, splenectomy was performed. He followed for 6 months , didn’t have any problems.

Abstract
The retention of 500-900 meq sodium and 6-8 litre water, which is b diffused between extracellular fluid space of mother and fetues is performed in pregnancy slowly. When plasma volume increase by 30-50%, mean blood pressure decreases by 15% approximately. In the second half of the pregnancy, blood pressure increases slowly and it returns to its previous status, in the period of term. GFR is increases by 30-50% in the twelfth week of pregnancy, and it remains steady until the term period .Glucosuria and Aminoaciduria may be observed during the pregnancy. In this time ureters are dilated and it continues until the twelve weeks after delivery. The cardiac output goes up in the primary trimester and then it remains fixed until the term. Hypertension is still one of the main reason of morality both in mother and infetus. The best division of blood pressure in the pregnancy has advocated by American college of Gynecologist, which has got 4 parts:
A: hypertension which exactly relates to pregnancy ( Eclampsy , Pre-eclampsy)
B:chronic Hypertension with other causes
C:Chronic Hypertension which has been added by pre _Eclampsy
D: Pregnancy induced Hypertension
The other crucial problems in pregnancy is acute renal failure , which may be causes by renal isschmia by the effect of nephrotoxic agent. The cellular lesion might be revercible. It might be accomparied with complete renal function and might be irreversible, therefore it may lead to renal cortical necrosis. In addition to usual reasons of acute failure , some of them relates specifically to pregnancy. Only infectious, criminal abortions and malignant vomiting are reasons of failure in the beginning of pregnancy, which severe pre-eclampsy, placenta and placenta abruption are the main reasons of renal failure in the final phase of pregnancy.

Abstract
Women over 40 have unwanted pregnancy and abortion in a high rate. They have a little chance to choice Contraception Method.O.C.P. and IUD must be available for those who are subjected to OCP and IUD. Mechanical methods are useful while sexual intercourse is rare and with careful palnning. Today, there are different kinds of methods of contraception, so it is unreasonable why unwanted pregnancies and selective abortions in women are 40 do not show remarkable reduction.

It is probable that umbelicous cord is the most important place of the bacterial colonization, especially S .Aureus, so it has a major effect on neonates morality. Present article suggests how to use a local antibiotics applied to the umbelicous until it has been separated. Hexachlorophane powder can be applied to the axillary and prinea in order to prevent or reduce the colonization of meticilin resistant staphylococus.

Abstract
Wall and Shortland (1991) have shown that afferent fibres entering the cord in thoracic and lumbar roots of adult rats have branches that may penetrate up to 11 segments caudally from the root entry zone. We have investigated the extent of branching and conduction velocities of ascending and descending branches of lumbar and thoracic primary afferent in isolated spinal cords of adults hamsters (60-100g) and juvenile rats (30-46 g). Hemisected spinal cords were maintained at cold artificial cerebrospinal fluid (25-27 C) in which the Ca2+ had been replaced by Mn2+ (2mm) to block synaptic activity. Hamsters, antidromic conducted responses were obtained up to 10 segments caudal to dorsal roots T6-T7 and 17 segments rostral to L3. The mean conduction velocity was 3.7 m/s (s.e.m.& 0.4) for descending primary afferents(n=21) and 9.9 a 1.2 m/s for ascending afferents (n=26). In the rat , antidromic responses were measured over 4 segments caudal and 17 segments rostral to the L3 dorsal root. Conclusion velocities were 4.4 & 0.5 m/s and 7.7 & 0.7 m/s for descending and ascending branches respectively (n=4). The result were similar to those reported by Wall & Shortland , although the temperature. Difference between the in vitro and in vivo preparations would have resulted in approximately halving of the velocity in isolated cord preparation. The conduction velocity of descending fibres was about half fibres which may be related to size differences within the branches.

Diagnosis of brucellea is hand for the variations or clinical appearances to isolate of brucella from clinical samples in determined diagnosis. The main part of diagnosis is serologic studies. Syndrome has several diagnosis methods. Standard tubal wright agglutination (STA) has the most usage. Several factors are involved in final determination of wright titter. It is complicated to diagnosis. Involved factors should be control in specific conditions. It should be clarify that different conditions have difference responses.

Acquired zinc deficiency in breast-fed-infants , particularly under six MO, of age is rare except in premature infant and acrodematitis entropathica. Our case in this essay seems that after a prolonged diarrhea due to E coli has got transient zinc deficiency, that with oral zinc sulfat shows prompt clinical response in 72 hours. Therefore ihtractable "diaper rash" in a full term or preterm breast-fed-infants or in a patient with prolonged diarrhea may be due to zinc, deficiency, a therapeutic trial of zinc in a patient with high index of suspicion of zinc deficiency is a reasonable and safe.

Abstract
TAR syndromic is a congenital amegakoryecytic thrombocytopenia with Bilateral Absence of radii. Its inheritance is autosomal – recessive, Bilateral absence of radii manifests as a shortening of the forearms and flexion at the elbows; occasionally other limb abnormalities, such as phocomelia and radial deviation, are present. Other congenital anomalies are occasionally present, such as deformity of the digities, micrognathia, disocation of the hip and congenital heart disease. Purpura may present in first few days of life or may be delayed for weeks. Hemorrhagic manifestations range from a few petechiae to severe and even fatal intracranial hemorrhage. Platelet counts are usually in range of 10,000 – 30,000/mm3. Bone marrow examination reveals myeloid hyperplasia and almost total absence of megakaryocytes. Fifty percent of patients survive to 3 years. If patients survive beyond the first year, the platelet count stabilizes and the prognosis is such better. This condition is not premalignant. Treatment consists of transfusion of red cells for anemia and transfusion of platelet concentrates for severe bleeding from thrombocytopenia. Corticosteroids and splenectomy are of no constant benefit.

Abstract
After Greek and Alexandrin civilization was destroyed, science began to foster in Islamic civilization Among all sciences medicine was too Blossomed. Ancient texts have been translated for two centuries to follow a scientific direction. "Mohammad" The Holy prophet of Islam said that "learning science for an hour is better than seventy years of praying Besides he commanded that "Medicine is one of the essentials for muslims. Muslims believed that every doctor who does not know his duties and put his client in danger is a sinful person. Among all Muslims Iranians made the most progress. The Research in medicine extensinely included: Hygiene , Physiology , diagnosis , therapeutics & pharmacology. Muslim civilization was become weak by Mogholian invasions after many centuries. Although European made a new foundation of medicine, but every one knows that medicine is indebted to Islamic civilization.

Since the computer Data Banks are developed in various courses; computer is applied and is introduced as the source and base of training devices in order to improve the level of training. Same as all other educative courses, computer is used in medical science training. Computers which are used for the purpose of training are designed base upon SKINER theories ALL activate conditional principles are applied in these type of computers. Therefor it is obvious that in accordance with experiment the certain proved effects of computer in development of training affairs and providing relative facilities can be indicated.
