چکیده:   (278 مشاهده)
مقدمه: اضافه وزن با افزایش ترشح کورتیزول و به همراه آن افزایش اضطراب و افسردگی همراه است. هدف از این مطالعه، مقایسه اثر شش هفته تمرین همزمان استقامتی-تداومی (MICT) و استقامتی- تناوبی (HIIT) با تمرین HIIT به تنهایی بر ترکیب بدن، سطوح پلاسمایی کورتیزول و سطح اضطراب و افسردگی در دانش آموزان پسر دارای اضافه‌وزن بود.
روش کار: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، 27 نفر از دانش‌آموزان دارای اضافه‌وزن، انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی به 3 گروه 9 نفری، تمرین همزمان MICT+HIIT و تمرین HIIT و گروه شاهد تقسیم شدند. تمرین MICT (15 دقیقه در روز با شدت 65 - 60 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه و با اضافه‌بار 5 دقیقه‌ای در هر دو هفته) تمرین HIIT (3 دقیقه دویدن با شدت 75-70 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه، 3 دقیقه استراحت فعال با شدت 50 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه،3 تکرار در دو هفته اول، 4 تکرار در دو هفته دوم و 5 تکرار در دو هفته آخر) بود.
یافته‌ها: هر دو نوع پروتکل تمرینی منجر به کاهش وزن، شاخص توده بدنی، کلسترول، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی پایین، کورتیزول، اضطراب و افسردگی و افزایش لیپوپروتئین با چگالی بالا شد (0/05 > P) و تفاوتی بین دو نوع تمرین وجود نداشت؛ تنها اکسیژن مصرفی اوج و تری گلیسیرید در گروه MICT+HIIT با تغییرات بهتری همراه بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: برای نوجوانان پسر دارای اضافه وزن با هدف کاهش وزن و بهبود سلامت روان، انجام تمرینات HIIT به تنهایی کفایت می‌کند و افزودن تمرینات MICT از نظر بالینی فواید بیشتری برای آنان به همراه نخواهد داشت.
